“Ordered a kit that took months to get here then as I'm working on it I see that half of the symbols were turned on the picture different than they were on the code chart. Hard to decide what color went where when I had triangles shifted and w and m rotated to name a few!”
“I have been extremely happy with all of the projects, both non-custom and custom. I made an error with 2 of my custom orders and they worked with me to get the coloring right so they would show up better and redid my projects at no cost to me. When I was short drills, they send them again at no cost to me. Customer service through Facebook is quick and accomodating. Is shipping delayed? Yes. It says so at the very top of the screen. Shipping is delayed almost everywhere, especially coming from overseas.”

“The shipping takes a few weeks depending on what diamond painting you order, but it is definitely worth the wait. I’ve completed 3 diamond paintings so far, and they’ve all turned out beautifully. I suggest ordering the diamond paintings bigger so that the picture turns out more clearly”
