“I would definitely recommend this product. I placed my order and it was delivered within the time frame. My only problem was that the postman delivered it to the wrong address and the person who received it refused to give it back even after multiple attempts to retrieve the item, letters informing her of the Federal Offense and Theft she would be charged with. It has now been 16 days since my package was delivered and I can only assume she has completed my picture and with great pleasure. I believe this can only attest to the great quality and enjoyment of such product, I only wish I could speak from experience :(”
“I ordered two pictures. They were shipped separately. I received one within 2 weeks, the other a week later, so it’s a good turnaround time. The picture is very nice. I wish I had seen the YouTube videos before so I would know to use the gel for applications instead of using to hold my picture in place. I’ve been using the tweezers to set each piece. I would highly recommend as I find it very relaxing and enjoyable.”

“I have ordered five custom prints since ordering my first, for a total of six prints in all. I followed the instructions about the the size of the custom print determining the clarity of the print. So all of my orders have been rather large. I have ordered for myself and gifts for others. I have not encountered any missing diamonds as of yet. (Still awaiting three of the six prints.) The seller as been most helpful in responding to my request. I am truly pleased with my inter actions with this website and this company. “I've been doing these for over 6 months. My first one was a Christmas painting. It was the 20X20 and small, but I was ok with that. My next ones I ordered bigger and loved those as well. As for the bags, I went to Wal-Mart and bought an organizer and bags out of the sewing section and an LED light. Yes, it takes a while to come in but they tell you this so there shouldn't be any surprises. If you need it before a certain date, just order well ahead of time.”
“I've always wanted to be able to create masterpieces, but unfortunately, I just don't have that trait... these are the perfect combination of paint by number and cross stitch all mashed into the perfect work of art. If you can, splurge on a bigger size because some of the details are missed in the smaller pieces - but, they are still fun to do. All of the supplies you need come with - I bought the wax pencil, but the tool supplied with the wax works perfectly fine! I have 5, and just bought a 6th... because, why not?!”

“This is very calming and I lose myself and time while doing, but no instructions (just have to guess) also, video shows using pink tool to pick up "diamonds" but that is not how it works (if it's supposed to, mine must be broken because I have tried to use it to pick them up, but have to use the tweezers to pick up "diamonds" and put into place and use pink tool to press onto picture)”
“I really enjoyed doing this piece it looks exactly like my sweet Suki! The only thing was the colors didnt exactly add up which I didnt really notice til I was done. The photo shows brown eyes but the actual piece the eyes are color coded to red. Which kinda sucked but I figure I'll put the red out and use some left over colors that look better. Otherwise these things are wonderful!”
“This pen is excellent for picking up diamonds easily and quickly. The wax end is fun to use since you don't have to fill the hollow end of the pen with wax every so often. The only issue I have is how to remove the wax from the thin hollow tip of this pen. Anyone have any ideas? I used to use the tweezers, but they're too thick to fit into this one.”
