“So, disappointed with this company!! Have ordered pictures in the past and have loved them; however, I ordered 2 pictures back in April and should have followed my gut and disputed the charges! Corey sent an email but not responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The shipping and tracking numbers do not work and they are coming out of China. No mention about that when I ordered, either. Ordered another picture for my grand daughter, and that came; however, the frame was broken. Ugh!! What more can this company do to disappoint the public! :(”

“Ordered in February. Received a tracker which doesn't tell you anything. They don't respond to messages. Very disappointed. I fear that a lot of these reviews might be fake as someone has previously suggested. Fortunately I ordered through PayPal so I should be able to get my money back.”
“I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered in March, it's now June 4th and my order hadn't moved since May and even though the last update says may 15th, I'm pretty sure it was just scanned again in the same facility it's been in since April. They keep saying it's in transit but it isn't actually moving and they won't refund me. They will only refund me 50 percent in a few weeks or a full refund at the end of June. We are now moving so I won't receive the order no matter what. Please don't order from this company, they are quick to take your money and make excuses and try to placate you with discount codes instead of following through with orders. And they have now changed their shipping estimates, but when I ordered, the estimated time was a lot less than it is now.”
