“I placed my order , at least, 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived yet and we are at the end of may. I emailed company about my order and have not received any kind of response to acknowledge. I now have to contact cc and see if I can get a refund. What an unholy mess. I won't order from them again. If anyone from the company reads this, the least you could give me is some kind of response in answer to my email.”
“Ordered ones a month ago, no response, tracking stuck in one place. If I knew this was from China never would have ordered. Customers beware. Contacting my cc for a refund if I don’t either get an answer from the company or get my product.Not a good way to run a business.”

“I ordered on the 7th April and still haven't received anything. I finally got a tracking number on the 20th April and my parcel has stayed still in China since the 8th of May. I'm now into the 8th week of waiting. I got these to kill some time whilst our country was locked down. I think we'll be out and about as normal again before/if these turn up.
There was no mention of the extra delivery time when I ordered. luckily I used Paypal so i'll be able to get my money back.”
“First of all if I knew it was coming from China I would never have ordered, placed an order on April 16, today is 5/27 and still nothing!! Emailed and all I get is same tracking number which shows it hasn't moved since 5/16!! Still in China...asked for refund and haven't heard a word!!”

“I do understand why it took 2 full months to receive my product, given the pandemic. BUT, the website says the company is US. So, I did not expect to have to wait a long time to get them. It was not revealed to me until AFTER the purchase that I would have to wait. The tracking number given was totally useless. I bought four items. They all were jammed into a shipping bag about 8x12. All four of the pictures were wound around a small foam cylinder. I have them under a heavy box to straighten out. I did start on the 1st one. The glue extends down to almost the bottom of the border, so no place to put my fingers to hold it steady, and keep sticking my fingers to it. And the glue is all bubbled in places, so not sure how well the diamonds will stick. The worst thing, though is that many of the little icons are printed on the picture in white on pale backgrounds. It's a nightmare to see if I am putting the correct diamond on. Eye strain is not going to be relaxing. :( One last thing - it almost seems like there is not enough room for the diamonds. I am sticking them right up next to the last one, but am forever having to try to shove them over to leave the full square for the next one. I did two other diamond paintings previously from another company that were printed in a way much easier to read.”
“I ordered something by Original paint by Diamond on April 4th. I have not received my order, have tried to call, have tried to email and terrible service. I want a refund and to simply cancel this order.”

“They always answer when you message them. But the tracking is horrible and I can never get a straight answer. I honestly will probably wait the 4 weeks it takes from aliexpress than here. It's cheaper by more than 50% and at least I know it's coming late.”
