“I was never given a confirmation letter stating they received my order, nor was I given a tracking number to locate my package in transit. I thought I ordered it soon enough to be able to create for family for Christmas. Why does it take 30 days to ship in the U.S.?”
“So I really like doing these and it is a good hobby to have they are beautiful when they are don. The only thing I don't like is the first order I got each picture was in a nice box and shrink wrapped in plastic looked very nice. Then next ones I got were not boxed they came in some kind of bobble wrap everything was mixed together not in single boxes. These are pictures I got for Christmas presents and I would have them in their own boxes and neatly packaged to give as gifts. It seams like after they get you your first order it doesn't seam like they care how they package them after that. This has been the one thing I have not liked about the product.”
“This is my first effort and while I love doing it, I do feel that the translation of painting to Diamonds is not nearly as detailed or color accurate. But, keeping that in mind, it is still a lot of fun.”
“The smaller photo is the original the larger is the finished product. They are my daughters Boxers, the darker one is Jasmine the other is Millie the darker one passed away about 4 years ago. She had no idea it a picture of them, she just thought it was JUST a boxer. Anyway she was thrilled and cried when she saw it. Thank you for your wonderful product. “This is the second kit I have purchased. It took over 4 wks. to arrive. One color was totally missing..another color had so many misshappened diamonds and many stuck together that most were unusable. Two colors were the same black color and several symbols on the Color Legend did not match symbols on the Canvas. This is a terrible kit! “I have ordered five custom prints since ordering my first, for a total of six prints in all. I followed the instructions about the the size of the custom print determining the clarity of the print. So all of my orders have been rather large. I have ordered for myself and gifts for others. I have not encountered any missing diamonds as of yet. (Still awaiting three of the six prints.) The seller as been most helpful in responding to my request. I am truly pleased with my inter actions with this website and this company. I have highly recommend this site to my family members and friends who are interested in custom diamond painting.”
“There are two big things I've learned about this hobby: 1) the bigger, the better. You're basically putting in pixels, so the more pixels you have, the better it looks. I don't go less than 40cm. 2) less shading/blending makes a better looking finished product. They can't make every shade of every color and so shading and blending doesn't look quite right. My Violet Kitty painting is a great example of what I mean.
Overall, this is a great hobby and is my go to when I need some stress relief. PWD has a great selection at great prices and their customer service is great. I'm a customer for life.

“I bought the largest size possible bc I know the smaller the size the more pixelated it looks. I bought it as a Christmas picture to hang up during the holiday season. It took a lot of work and is beautiful in the right light. The sparkle on the snow gives it an extra touch of Christmas. I vowed one was enough but I’m skimming through more to order bc it was so fun. I did run out of certain colors towards the end and it took about 3 weeks to ship. But it’s worth it. Especially with the right picture.”
