“Ordered four months ago, still have no received my order. I contacted customer service about a refund but they told me since my order is still “in transit” (which means it’s in China btw), they told me I’m not eligible for a refund. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. I understand COVID has caused upheaval, but four months is too long, and refusing to refund me? Yeah, what a joke. Don’t buy this.”
“I placed my order over 8 weeks ago and received a notification today to say the package is still in China! At this speed I'm not sure I'll ever receive it.”
“So I placed my order on May 20th, with that being said I received notice that my item shipped probably 2 or so weeks later. I waited the 3-5 days for the tracking information to pop up but nothing came. I even emailed and they sent me the link back with the same thing showing me no further updates other than its been shipped. Lastly, the response at the bottom of the email was to wait 4-8 weeks for my product. I ORDERED IN MAY!!! and 4-8 weeks from the date of the email means that I won't get it until August! Make that make sense!!!
I would not buy from this company again there is no reason why it takes months to get this package.”

I received an e-mail from Corey giving an update on my order and explaining that because of Covid, I should expect some delays.

I would suggest everyone also file a consumer complaint with the NY attorney general. There is a form on their website to fill out for scam companies like this.
Also I’m dying at the reviews who say “excellent quality, they will send missing drills at no cost”. If the quality is so great why are so many kits missing things?? It should be at no cost! They screwed up!

“I ordered two custom diamond paintings of my cat and one of my dog. There was a problem with one of the colors (light blue instead of white) for my dog. A customer service rep kept in contact with me during the COVID situation and let me know when I would be getting my replacement beads. Finally got them and the picture turned out beautiful. Will definitely order again.”
