“I think all the positive reviews have got to be bots. Ordered over 2 months ago with no shipment, no updates. Happy to take your orders but clearly don't have stock to fulfil them.”
“Ordered four months ago, still have no received my order. I contacted customer service about a refund but they told me since my order is still “in transit” (which means it’s in China btw), they told me I’m not eligible for a refund. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. I understand COVID has caused upheaval, but four months is too long, and refusing to refund me? Yeah, what a joke. Don’t buy this.”

I waited the 3-5 days for the tracking information to pop up but nothing came. I even emailed and they sent me the link back with the same thing showing me no further updates other than its been shipped. Lastly, the response at the bottom of the email was to wait 4-8 weeks for my product. I ORDERED IN MAY!!! and 4-8 weeks from the date of the email means that I won't get it until August! Make that make sense!!!

I received an e-mail from Corey giving an update on my order and explaining that because of Covid, I should expect some delays.
