So I went on their facebook and PM'd them with my problem and Pictures AS PROOF and made a review on their facebook page which was replied with "please PM us here and we will gladly help you bla bla bla", I already PM'd them long before that and not only they didn't respond they BLOCKED me from sending them messages...So much for "Great" costumer service and putting your costumers first.”
“I gifted this one to my sister for Christmas in 2018. She loved doing this. This is a 30cm x 20cm (roughly 8in x 12in). We have found that the bigger the picture the less pixelated it looks.”

“I did the largest size with square drills. It is just beautiful! Was suppose to be my husbands October birthday gift, but it was so large, and my first kit, it turned into a Valentines gift! Two of the green colors had an odd assortment of neon green drills which I sorted out. I did not have enough to complete the project, but contacted customer service via email and they promptly sent me an order form for me to fill out and to replace the missing drills. They really do honor their promise to replace any missing items!”
“I purchased 2 separate kits back in October for Xmas gifts. I received 1 kit and 2 pens but Xmas had come and gone and I have still not received the other kit. One of my daughters therefore did not receive her gift. The tracking # comes up status unknown. When I contacted customer service they just gave me the same tracking # to use.
I certainly will not recommend this company to anyone or purchase anything from them again !!!!!!!”
“Hi I have been do this nf these paintings for quite some time now. I enjoy doing them very much. However, as I follow the pattern on the painting, I see that the color coordination with the picture does not match. Am I doing something wrong or is the color diamonds wrong. Please advise. Won't get it for Christmas.... Do not order anything from these ppl. Only way to contact them is email. When/ if I get the painting I will add more info.”
