“OK, this is my sixth review: if I had known this company was operating out of China I would never have ordered from them. I have ordered my products in early April and that very day they took the money from my account. The only customer service I receive is my tracking number which hasn’t moved since May 15. It is now June 5. This is ridiculous and as I said before, I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest you all do the same!”

“I order three different diamond paintings on April 13th. I received tracking information but it quit moving as of May 13th. It says it is in transit and has since May 15th. It is now June 4th and I still have not received my product nor has anyone contacted me back. All they email me is the exact same email. They will not respond to calls either.”

I ordered my kits in early April it is now June 4. I believe they are a scam and they take your money immediately and the customer service is terrible because all they do is continue to send you a tracking link, that is if they contact you, my tracking link has not moved since May 15. Scam. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau! I suggest you all do the same”
“I have bought a couple of these kits from this company. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy doing them, but after that first one I became HOOKED! I LOVE them!! They are so relaxing! Everything that you need will be included in the kit. If you ever need extra diamonds you can get those for free so that you can finish your project. Do keep in mind if you order from China, shipping can take quite a while.”
