They always respond saying that their logistics company is all messed up with COVID. It has been 5 months.... 5 months... Asking for refund. Do NOT order through this company!!”

I didn’t know the package was coming from China. I initially ordered in March. I’ve been sending emails since then. Reply is very very slow. I understand due to Covid it will take long but I still haven’t received my package and I’ve been trying to cancel my order and request for refund but they said I’ll receive the package soon and won’t be able to refund.

“I believe my money has been stolen - and will be trying to get a refund from Visa. I placed an order May 5th (over 90 days ago) for $265 US. After two months I received a wood frame stretcher bar that was supposed worth $29 USD that I could have purchased at the door store for $2 and the LED light box that I was charged $50 that I now realize should have cost more like $25. I received ZERO of the actual diamond painting items. Sending an email gets you a computer generated 'tells you nothing' response.”
“By far the worst company I have ever done business. I placed 2 orders in April 2020. I was told these orders could be filled in the USA (Both for my daughters worth $150). I must have 15 emails that I have sent to them. At this point I have not received either order.....I have gotten computer generated messages- Received 3 calls from a woman who continues to change her name (Same voice). I was told 4 weeks ago the order would appear on the tracking system. It states the order was fulfilled- however- never placed out for shipping. I work for a chipping company and we have not missed a single customer order due to COVID-19. I am still waiting for my orders. I have informed PWD I am going to post this message everywhere they are listed (Facebook, PWD, Etsy) until they refund my money. They could have swam from China to the USA by this time.”
“I am still waiting on this to arrive. Ordered in March. I was promised a refund from the CEO and then never received it. I understand they do not have any say in delays related to COVID -19 however poor customer service they do. Corey told me if I did not receive it in 2 weeks I would get 50% refund and 4 weeks 100%. That was a month ago. Later I was told by their support that in order to get a refund I would need to return my items. Well I am still waiting on them!!!! I spent $146 on these items and have received the WORST customer service ever. I do not recommend this company. I also attempted to review the website and it will not allow me to post my bad review. So I am on Facebook now trying to inform people of my terrible experience.”

“I have been waiting for 2 months for replacement dotz that were shorted in my kit. I have contacted them many times and all I get is “we’ll contact you when they are sent.” Now they won’t even reply to my emails. Totally not a company I will order from again.”
“This company is the worst. Very quick to accept your order and take your money, which was immediate- however, took over 3 months to receive and they shorted me some diamonds so can’t even finish project. Then took weeks before I could get someone to assist in ordering the shorted diamonds was promised they would expedite the missing diamonds - has now been almost 3 weeks and nothing. Customer service is completely lacking and the fact they took payment before shipping product is shady, usually payment is charged a day or two prior to shipment. I had to threaten calling my credit card company before I got a response and true tracking information. Not a company to be trusted or do business with - so completely dissatisfied!!”
“Ordered my two kits and accessories in April. It is the last week of July and still no kits. Complained and they took money off but still no kits. For months tracking number was bogus. Finally saw it was shipped from china at the end of June. It has been sitting in LA for weeks now. Or so the tracking says. I will never order again from them. Ordered a kit from walmart and got it in three days. Giving them another week and then will dispute the charge with my credit card company.”
“My diamond art picture took 5 months to arrive and im missing pieces. Ive contacted customer service about it, sent pictures as requested and havent heard anything. The color im missing is one of my major colors so on top of the 65$ i spent for the picture i get to spend another 30-40 to get the color i need replaced because they havent communicated anything with me. Very unhappy and I wont purchase from them again.”

I ordered in April,,,,, immediately got an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date of 12-30 days.....this should definitely be disclosed to customers BEFORE you take their money. 45 days later I email customer service. They claim it's still in "transit" and it could take 60 days...........70 days later I email customer service because tracking hasn't moved for 30 days, representative states it could take 90 days and that refunds cannot be processed until delivery......110 days later tracking states is was finally delivered-- LIES! I don't know if it was delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company but over 3 months and no product??!?! It's been 3 days since I have last emailed customer service demanding a refund with no answer.......”
