“This is my fifth review and I’m going to keep reviewing it so people see and are warned!!!! Anybody who is writing good reviews just works for this company I know it. They are terrible. I ordered my kits in early April it is now June 4. I believe they are a scam and they take your money immediately and the customer service is terrible because all they do is continue to send you a tracking link, that is if they contact you, my tracking link has not moved since May 15. Scam. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau! I suggest you all do the same”
“I have bought a couple of these kits from this company. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy doing them, but after that first one I became HOOKED! I LOVE them!! They are so relaxing! Everything that you need will be included in the kit. If you ever need extra diamonds you can get those for free so that you can finish your project. Do keep in mind if you order from China, shipping can take quite a while.”

“Absolutely terrible experience so far - ordered on march 23 - order was split in 2 parts for some reason, received a tiny part (the plastic sorting container, quite useless without the rest) of the shipment, when I contacted them, I was basically advised it is our of their hands and to be "patient"....70 days I think is very patient and then provided with the tracking number which I already had and does not show updates since April - will not ever order from here again - and will recommenced other not order either.”
