“Well, come to find out there are two paint with diamonds websites. one is paintwithdiamonds.com (which I believe is a legitimate website) and the other is paintwithdiamonds.art. I believe I ordered from the second listed one and have been scammed. The one I ordered from took my money immediately and gave me what I think is a false tracking number and that’s the only kind of customer service I receive otherwise you can’t get a hold of them. They are a scam company and should be dealt with!”

I bought another item from another company and it shipped from China.....It took less than 30 days to receive...I placed this order on April 23, and it hasn't even cleared to the US! I guess this is where the saying "Its on a slow boat from China" came from.I also called you phone no and got no answer........ And why would it take 4 - 6 weeks after clearing customs to get here? This was a gift to a very special little girl.......who now is ver disappointed.....Please find this for me......a very frustrated grandmother..........”

The crazy part was I called and was talking with a young lady she was very rude speaking with me then she hangs the phone on me. I sent them and email they sent me a tracking number come to find out it is a bogus number I truly don’t understand I went and ordered more diamond painting from another company and received it in 2weeks. It has been over a month and nothing yet very disappointed with Paint with diamond. They took my money and has it been over.”
