“I ordered this product on April 10. It is now May 20!!!! The only information I get from customer service when they reply is the tracking link and there has been slight movement but nothing since May 15. Very disappointed in the time it has taken to get here and the only explanation they have is the coronavirus.”

I placed an order over a month ago and have sent numerous emails to customer service to get an update, as I know during these times things would be delayed. To which I received ZERO CORRESPONDENCE. I am still to yet receive a reply. I think it is absolutely awful the fact that you spend a lot of money for absolutely NOTHING.
I will never be using this site again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

“I have sent a number of emails to which I did not get an answer. I placed an order on 16th April and have requested the status of this order and up to this present day received no reply”
“Very happy with these projects. Relaxing and they come out very cute. When you're doing a picture that is quite large, I store them on the wall where they will be hung with thumbtacks. Keeps them out of reach of the toddlers and pets.”
