“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
I placed an order over a month ago and have sent numerous emails to customer service to get an update, as I know during these times things would be delayed. To which I received ZERO CORRESPONDENCE. I am still to yet receive a reply. I think it is absolutely awful the fact that you spend a lot of money for absolutely NOTHING.
I will never be using this site again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
I have also had to put a different email address on here in order to publish this review. Seems very odd doesn’t it.”

“I have sent a number of emails to which I did not get an answer. I placed an order on 16th April and have requested the status of this order and up to this present day received no reply”
“Very happy with these projects. Relaxing and they come out very cute. When you're doing a picture that is quite large, I store them on the wall where they will be hung with thumbtacks. Keeps them out of reach of the toddlers and pets.”

“DO NOT BUY!!!! I purchased my kit on March 31 and still have yet to receive it. I emailed their customer support 2-3 weeks ago about its whereabouts and never got a response back. I understand things may take longer to receive during this time but over a month is ridiculous”
