I have emailed them every day for over a week and called the number on the website, which is forwarded to voice mail. They could AT LEAST respond! Hope I either get the kit or my money back, will NEVER use again!”

I used PayPal so have created a case with them and still no response. I escalated the case and they will have to respond or my money will be refunded. “Great quality product and relaxing to do. I have ordered 6 custom canvases so far and plan on ordering more in the future. Shipping for custom orders takes about 6-8 weeks from time of order until the time you recieve them though, so know you will need to wait.”

Order. I emailed customer services about 4 times to ask to cancel my order. I got nothing back, it is not the end of May I haven’t received my order or heard anything at all to confirm it. I would not use this company I think they just keep your money and don’t send the product then ignore you! Disgusting!”

I still haven't received them and I just checked the tracking only to find out it was been returned AGAIN with the note: security return. I will be emailing and getting the money back. This is unacceptable! Do NOT order from there. I have ordered these paintings from other sites with no problem. Don't waste your time or money with this company.”
