“I also ordered several kits and still have not received them. I also contacted them numerous time with no response. They tell you to go to Shop to track your order, there is nothing to track. I used PayPal so have created a case with them and still no response. I escalated the case and they will have to respond or my money will be refunded. I will never order from them again.Horrible, will stick with Amazon.”

“Great quality product and relaxing to do. I have ordered 6 custom canvases so far and plan on ordering more in the future. Shipping for custom orders takes about 6-8 weeks from time of order until the time you recieve them though, so know you will need to wait.”

Order. I emailed customer services about 4 times to ask to cancel my order. I got nothing back, it is not the end of May I haven’t received my order or heard anything at all to confirm it. I still haven't received them and I just checked the tracking only to find out it was been returned AGAIN with the note: security return. I will be emailing and getting the money back.
