“Definition of a SCAM ! I wish I had seen these reviews before. Being a Canadian company I didn’t even bother to check but now it feels like a scam. The size chart for the boots I ordered was wrong and different from what was written in the boots. So the size being wrong, I returned them and was charged with the shipping. I have been waiting for a month now and they are impossible to reach out. I don’t think I’ll ever see that 300$ again.”
“After only two weeks, the boots fell apart. Do not order these boots. I emailed and called and none responded. Terrible boots and terrible customer service. I expect this company to go under soon”
“Terrible customer service. Be aware they do not provide return labels, you must pay for return shipping. Their website has limited pictures, does not show the shape of the shoes from above, I did not know how narrow they were. When I asked questions they act like they dont understand and answer different question. Dont buy unless you are guarantee to fit.”
“literally the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. They are rude, mean, and don't care about their customers. 2 months later and refunds still have not been processed. There are so many other boot companies, don't waste your time on this awful company.”
“I purchased a pair of winter Boots from Pajar, 1 zipper fell off and both boots had a Rip in them after 3-4 months of winter use. We paid $250 for these boots and thought because it’s a Canadian company they were built to last. Please do yourself a favour and buy anything else other than from this company.”
“All I can say is if you are thinking of purchasing something from this company DON’T! I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying a pair of boots. The boots did not fit so I returned them. I followed all of their instructions for returning. After not hearing back for several weeks I contacted them. Got an “auto reply” stating that they would look into it. It’s now been over a month and I still only get the same auto-reply for my inquiry as to where my refund is. I have never had such a terrible experience with a return. I did everything according to their instructions but cannot get my money back. The boots I returned were $400! Their products are expensive so beware if you are thinking of buying from them. I would recommend looking elsewhere!!!”
“I bought Pajar Brian Mens Heritage shoes. I never received any confirmation of order receipt online. Had to call them...no one picked up....then emailed them to finally confirm the order. Finally when I received my order, it was missing one insole. Again no response by phone. Only auto email response. Then finally got a response from them that they will notify one of the departments and will get back. I emailed again after one week. Their response......gave me 2 options....either return the shoes for exchange but no guarantee of getting the same size or get full refund but they won't send me the insole.”
“I would give zero if that was possible. Ordered 2 jackets received 1 ten days later. Customer service via email is rude and just not helpful in tracking the other jacket. Going to call my bank and question the charge. Don't Buy from them online”
“Advertising a 10% discount on your first order...then when I order, " this code is not valid for this item"...
Really bad consumer service.
250$ boots...
Really cheap way to drag New customers.”
“Purchased expensive Madison winter boots that stated cushy wool insoles and wool-blend lining, instead the insoles and the lining is a blend of 60% synthetic wool and 40% polyacrylic, see attached photo. I am allergic to synthetic wool and was able to return the boots, but Pajar would not correct their misleading boot description and not provide a pre-paid shipping label. Stay away from Pajar.”
“They are selling boots with wool-blend insoles and lining, but in fact it’s all synthetic wool when you check the boot label. It’s a piece of chunk for $ 250 boots made in Romania and not in Canada.”
“OMG! I LOVE Pajar customer service .. I purchased a pair of sneaker in Feb. 2023 They started to squeak in July 2023. I emailed to see what could be done. I got very fast response. I was sent a mailing label, returned the old pair and got a new pair in a week
So easy to work with!”
“I bought a Pajar puffer jacket a couple of months ago and noticed the lining is deteriorating. I sent photographs of the jacket to Pajar and requested a refund or replacement jacket. Pajar said I ‘mishandled’ the garment and could not help me. I asked what they mean by ‘mishandling’. They have not responded to my follow up emails for 3 weeks now. Pajar is trying to capitalize on using the maple leaf as their emblem and promoting that they are ‘Canadian’ while their products are made in China and of poor quality. I will never buy a Pajar product again nor recommend to anyone.”
“I got to speak to someone that answered the phone about my complaint, two stars for answering the phone. I do apricate talking to someone. The answer to my complaint "everyone does that" sorry, can't help you.”
“I purchased a pair of Trooper boots from Pajar on Black Friday 2022, and after receiving the boots and wearing them around 10 times in 14 days, the waterproofing was compromised, the sole detached from the leather on both boots. After contacting Pajar for warranty (mind you, they claim a 90 days warranty), they shifted the blame on me , my style of walking this n that).
DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS FROM PAJAR, poor labour and poor materials are used, but at a premium price.
These boots became useless due to waterproofing being compromised in less than 2 weeks.”
““The worst company forever 😪
I purchased a Jacket and realized their size M ( all of my jackets are M) is too big for me so I decided to return it.
1. You cannot return to store, and you have to send it by a courier on your own expenses.
2. You have to wait for ever to get refunded.
I had to contact them morethen 10 times so far , and almost 6 weeks not refund yet.
This is never happen in my life.. Pajar is scams.”
