“Do not buy anything from these scammers. Bought the wrong size of boots, sent them back and I was never refunded. All email are answered sort of " our accounting department will refund you, bla, bla.." Just scammers, not a serious company. Stay away!”

I sent 36000 email to the customer service they never answer quickly and once answered they told me this will be refunded this week just allow some days to see the credit in your card
And never received my money, and send again ankther email
After 3 month i was really upset, i sent a very seriouse email and then they finished by sending me back my money

“Their boots are expensive and terrible. I bought a pair of winter boots last January. Witching a month I felt my feet are getting wet. I noticed that that the soles have holes in them from wear and tear because they are hollow. Terrible. $300 down the drain. Iâm continuing to wear them in dry conditions but they are just getting worst by the day. Now there are multiple holes on the soles. In general garbage”
“Definition of a SCAM ! I wish I had seen these reviews before. Being a Canadian company I didnât even bother to check but now it feels like a scam. The size chart for the boots I ordered was wrong and different from what was written in the boots. So the size being wrong, I returned them and was charged with the shipping. I have been waiting for a month now and they are impossible to reach out. I donât think Iâll ever see that 300$ again.”

Their website has limited pictures, does not show the shape of the shoes from above, I did not know how narrow they were. “I bought Pajar Brian Mens Heritage shoes. I never received any confirmation of order receipt online. Had to call them...no one picked up....then emailed them to finally confirm the order. Finally when I received my order, it was missing one insole. Again no response by phone. Only auto email response. Then finally got a response from them that they will notify one of the departments and will get back. I emailed again after one week. Their response......gave me 2 options....either return the shoes for exchange but no guarantee of getting the same size or get full refund but they won't send me the insole.”

“Purchased expensive Madison winter boots that stated cushy wool insoles and wool-blend lining, instead the insoles and the lining is a blend of 60% synthetic wool and 40% polyacrylic, see attached photo. I am allergic to synthetic wool and was able to return the boots, but Pajar would not correct their misleading boot description and not provide a pre-paid shipping label. Stay away from Pajar.”

“I bought a Pajar puffer jacket a couple of months ago and noticed the lining is deteriorating. I sent photographs of the jacket to Pajar and requested a refund or replacement jacket. Pajar said I âmishandledâ the garment and could not help me. I asked what they mean by âmishandlingâ. They have not responded to my follow up emails for 3 weeks now. Pajar is trying to capitalize on using the maple leaf as their emblem and promoting that they are âCanadianâ while their products are made in China and of poor quality. I will never buy a Pajar product again nor recommend to anyone.”
