“If I could give my experience 0 stars I would! Beware of online purchases and returns. First, you can never speak with anyone on the phone, nor do they return your calls. Secondly, getting anyone to respond to your emails is also a joke. They send an automatic response saying they received your email, then maybe a week later a person actually may respond, but don't hold your breath. I'm still awaiting an email response to an email sent 2/14/24!

“Terrible customer service. Be aware they do not provide return labels, you must pay for return shipping and it is expensive. Still no refunds. Called and left 2 voice messages no one called back. Sent over 6 emails to request a return label for my 2 items no response and no acknowledgment. Although I used to like their products, this horrible customer service is definitely a trigger for me not to buy from them anymore. Now i am stuck with 2 items that don't fit cannot exchange or return so that they can refund me. they just don't respond! it is not worth it!”

“Worst boots I’ve ever bought!
Last year I bought the Fero boots and after one month the nylon on the side of one of the boots ripped open. Pajar replaced them and I used them sporadically for a month. Once a week at most.
This year I started using them early February and the zipper on one of the boots broke and can’t be fixed. Pajar’s warranty is six months and I now know why! The quality of their boots is poor and they don’t do anything about it. It was a waste of over $200.”

After 3 month i was really upset, i sent a very seriouse email and then they finished by sending me back my money

“Their boots are expensive and terrible. I bought a pair of winter boots last January. Witching a month I felt my feet are getting wet. I noticed that that the soles have holes in them from wear and tear because they are hollow. Terrible. $300 down the drain. I’m continuing to wear them in dry conditions but they are just getting worst by the day. Now there are multiple holes on the soles. In general garbage”
“Definition of a SCAM ! I wish I had seen these reviews before. Being a Canadian company I didn’t even bother to check but now it feels like a scam. The size chart for the boots I ordered was wrong and different from what was written in the boots. So the size being wrong, I returned them and was charged with the shipping. I followed all of their instructions for returning. After not hearing back for several weeks I contacted them. Got an “auto reply” stating that they would look into it. It’s now been over a month and I still only get the same auto-reply for my inquiry as to where my refund is. I have never had such a terrible experience with a return. “I bought Pajar Brian Mens Heritage shoes. I never received any confirmation of order receipt online. Had to call them...no one picked up....then emailed them to finally confirm the order. Finally when I received my order, it was missing one insole. Again no response by phone. Only auto email response. Then finally got a response from them that they will notify one of the departments and will get back. I emailed again after one week. Their response......gave me 2 options....either return the shoes for exchange but no guarantee of getting the same size or get full refund but they won't send me the insole.”
