“Highly Recommend their service. *Special thanks to Hasaan who cleared my doubts as i was a bit skeptical after reading reviews which are totally misleading and also updated me about parcel status once its in pakistan you'll get tracking number. *Professional and Honest. *They do further packing of each and every box which is a plus and trust me they do it so perfectly that all my stuff reached in a perfect condition. Time periods wouldn't be an issue as long as your stuff reached in good condition.prepare your mind it may takes a bit longer but they update you. Thanks to all three gentlemen who came for collection Definately use their service again and recommend to friends and family”

“Pathetic service! Highly not recommend at all. I booked my 22 kg for air cargo they reassured me I will be reached in 1 week to 10 days I paid extra for this. Now it’s been one month now still my family has not received parcel when I call them they don’t answer my phone. I don’t know what I can do can someone please guide me how to complaint against them?”

“Disgusting service I would recommend never ever even think of sending anything from them I regretted so bad 4 months of being send on every call they lie this week it will be delivered etc etc I’m that upset that i had to come here for the feedback never ever did a feedback before”

“Very bad customer service, always telling lies, next day must deliver but after one month still not deliver parcel by Air Cargo. No tracking number provided. Very BAD BAD BAD Service. Never will use this company's service againin future. Never recommend to others.”

“I have been their customer but they lost me as this time they not only charged 10£ extra than mentioned on receipt but also there were very important gifts missing from my luggage worth almost £500 , whenever I call them they say wait. Fortunately I am a journalist so making a report for TV as well as taking them in consumer court. If anyone else has same issues do what's app me at 07404084933 so that I take your sot as well for the report.”
