“Parcel was not delivered on the date given. And when you call they don't answer the phone Also when you book they promised to collect on Saturday but then they will insist on collecting parcel during the week. Very poor service”

“A very good cargo company providing door to door service from uk to Pakistan and vice versa... helping people sending items freely to another country..Well Done... “Meant to come and collect stuff yesterday 21/3/19 between 11-2. No one phoned and turned up. Phoned at 1.50pm to enquire if anyone is coming and I was told that they are running late. Waited/wasted whole day. Tried calling back so many times, sent texts but no reply. So rude - could’ve just phone and said we are unable to collect. Awful service. Won’t be recommending it to anyone. I’m sure if I get hold of someone they will give me reason which will not make any sense.”

“Great air service . It’s my brothers wedding and I was concerned to send some extra stuff and they sent it carefully in time . They told me for to weeks but on the 8th day my family received the parcels . I’m happy with the service and with the honesty , none of the item missed placed or stolen as some of my friends got horrible experiences from some cheaters . Anyway definately recommend for shipment even great too. Just took extra time but that is obvious .”

“First of all, I would like to say that their customer service is very best. Hassan Bhai and Sajawal Bhai are so kind and above all, they are so respectful to their customers. I came across this company after having some worst experiences from other companies and I am so glad that PakistanCargo4u didn't let me down. Whenever I was calling them, they kept updating me with so much respect and this time my stuff has arrived without any problem. They did deliver my stuff before the expected date. I am happy with their service.”

“Very very poor customer service!!! Staff fib you off with lies. Have not had a tracking number given to me for 3 weeks now!!! They keep saying 2 to 3 days etc etc lies lies lies! Asked for manager to call me they keep saying no manager is around!I am very upset as this was a birthday present. I feel like they may have lost my parcel :(.....”
