“the service is overall good as i did not receive the complete stuff but hopefully i will get it. one thing which is very important please put responsible person being the customer services table as Pakistan cargo UK is not responding the customer quires on email & on Phone in United Kingdom. Rest i have connection with Mr. Shehzad from (Daud services) Sialkot, he is a very nice guy overall. Thanks.”

“I was told that the consignment will reach in 6 weeks where as it took almost 3 months for delivery. Whenever the shipper called for update, he was told that the consignment will reach in 2 to 3 days or this week. When the cycle reached, a number was written on it from permanent marker of which stains cannot be removed. Who writes numbers on product? you should have used some kind of paper to write and then put that piece on the cycle. Very poor service, will never use again.”

“I am pleased the way the whole transaction was successful delt by two gentlemen. They were on time to collect my two consignment. The good thing they gave me a delivery date and the delivery was almost around the date. They also provide me with tracker number. It was delivered without any hassles. Many thanks.
