“They charge air cargo price and they give me delivery time 7 to 10 days but they haven’t delivered yet it’s 22 days now they still lying, when we call them they said oh it’s in Lahore We let u know tomorrow.when we call agin they said it’s stuck with customer surveys Then they said it’s in Sialkot 🤔what is this r they trying to deliver by sea I’m very very disappointed I recommend all of u not to use that cargo 4u please otherwise u will suffer and they make u mad absolutely unreliable.”

“Hi i sent my parcel it’s been 2 and half months but Its not delivered yet I phone them on there number and asked about my parcel they said it will be delivered after Eid but it’s not yet delivered I phoned them again but know they not even picking up all I can Say please delivered my parcel if you can’t delivered then please stop 🛑 steeling people’s items and money”

“Although I was initially worried about sending things to Pakistan, I sent my family a parcel by air. It took a few weeks but my family received their gifts today. Pakistan cargo 4u provided a helpful service - with emails, phone calls and a tracking number. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Worst experience ever would not recommend this company. Was given 8 weeks for delivery however each time I called them they gave me a new date. Very unreliable and unprofessional attitude. I would have appreciated if i was given the exact time frame from the start so I could have chosen an other company. It was extremely frustrating and annoying. Please don't choose this company.”

“I m begging all of you never use their services. All the 5 star rating are fake they do it themselves. All the 0 star rating are actually real. 3 month over no chance of stuff delivery every time called Hassan said 8-10 days from last 2 months . Super Trained cheaters all the staff. We should all complain to trading standards and stop this company to help others. They are 💯 chor company. Don’t reply you . Everything fake in this company.”

“I am begging all of you not to use this service at all. I send stuff about 3 month ago now and have to call them every single day to ask when it will be delivered, they keep telling me the date that they will deliver it but nothing has arrived yet. They keep changing the date. I have spend so much money to bought all the stuff and 100 pounds to send these stuff but no idea where it will or wont be with my family. Horrible service and staff.”

“Delivered four weeks late with missing items and when you call no one wants to help. One guy answers the phone a so called Hassan who doesn’t have a clue and is obsolete! Finally got a reply on FB messenger as soon as issue mentioned they disappeared and won’t reply!”

“Highly Recommend their service. *Special thanks to Hasaan who cleared my doubts as i was a bit skeptical after reading reviews which are totally misleading and also updated me about parcel status once its in pakistan you'll get tracking number. *Professional and Honest. *They do further packing of each and every box which is a plus and trust me they do it so perfectly that all my stuff reached in a perfect condition. Time periods wouldnt be an issue as long as you stuff reached in good condition Thanks to all three gentlemen who came for collect. Definately use their service again and recommend to friends and family”
