“Would like if it showed if an item is in stock or not or we would get notice of shipping time, lead time, or if it is out of stock and back-ordered. Also, think we should be able to get a bulk order discount and still be able to use the coupon code you send.”

“I entered a promo code and was discounted the 10 percent. The order was processed. Then i get a email saying the prmo code was for $200 and my order is going to be canceled. I shouldn't be able to enter the code and it be processed if it isnt allowed. I didn't see anything saying a minimum of $200. I'll shop somewhere else”

Hi Kyle, the coupon was shared exclusively through our email newsletter. The subject line said "Take 10% off orders $200+", and it was repeated again in the body of the email. It doesn't appear that you are one of our subscribers, so it's unclear how you acquired the coupon in the first place. In any event, the minimum was clearly stated in the email. We hope this clears things up.

“Very nice comfortable and cooler gloves than most. Although for the first several days after placing my order I didn’t see any progress in the status, the gloves ended up arriving a week after I placed the order, so once underway, shipping was fast.”
