“I ordered a pistol brace for my G Force Blade, similar to a CZ Scorpion. I was recommended to purchase a specific pistol brace, which did not fit, I was informed inspite of it being their recommendation that I would be responsible for return shipping and would not be refunded the original shipping charge, I am out $30 dollars for a brace that should not have been recommended. I will never do business with this company again.”
“Terrible experience. I have spent thousands with them over the years but during g the holidays they sent me a blemmed up gun at full price with an obviously blemmed receiver and barrel. On top of that the sight was overmolded and the stock has way too much slop and rattle. They denied covering any of it under warranty. I will no longer be sending my money their way or recommending them to anyone.”

“I've been a customer since 2018 and have spent THOUSANDS there. February of 2024 i bought a 5.7 and the matching ammo to go with it. They sent the gun to my FFL and the ammo to the wrong address. I contacted them about it and they got Fed-Ex to contact me, I never did get the $125.00 of ammo due to their mistake. After a month with no resolution I filed a claim with my VISA company and got the money refunded. A few days ago I tied to order something and it would not go through, after 30 minutes on phone with customer service they said I was blocked from purchasing anything because of the claim that was their mistake!! WTF!!”
“To the manager this is not one pf the issues above, I have had a bad day, bad experience at your store, with one of your employees. The last gun store/range I used in NC, had no bag requiremt, just open chamber with plug.
when i walked with rifle in hand a young man came and professionly told me the policy twice or 3 times. I was humble and said I did not know the rules. I was going to buy a Glock 19 40mm and some accessoeies, when we got to the cabinet another man came up and began to rebuke again I told the guy helping me had covered that, he we o for at least 15 more seconds, I triedto shut him off by crossing my hand in front of my throat, that was the nicest way to tell I have had enough he then took the items and refused to sell to. I pointed out that he was being an AH, he knew and so did 3 or 4 others. I will forget/forgive the whole thing, if he will call me apologize, beg my forgiveness, and admit he was being a a Kevin type AH. 91957+99446”
“I tried to order ammo from I sale add I seen on Facebook. Went all the way to to finish filling out name,address, bla bla bla , email and credit card number. Just for it to tell me my credit card was declined. Bullcrap. I just got back from using it to fill up with diesel 10 minutes before ordering. It ask for another card. At this point I figured it was a scam. They better hope I don’t get charges on my card after wasting my time with this make believe big sale as they call it. The contact us button didn’t work on their page so I tried to email them and it won’t send. It says it’s not a valid email. ??? Good luck with these people. Placed an order on 12/21/2024 and still yet shipped the item (as of 01/07/2025). Yet, my credit card was charged immediately and have yet to ship the item 2 and a half weeks later!!!! I have made numerous calls to “customer service” only to receive condescending puppet responses, and a “i will email them immediately and get right back to you”. Well, you guessed it, NO response. I just ordered another firearm from Grab A Gun, and guess what????? IT SHIPPED WITHIN 24 hours.
If you like getting ‘spun around by clowns in a circus” you have the right ticket here for that.!!

“I purchased an item from Palmetto Armory. The item arrived with two magazines that were not for the purchased gun, which makes the gun non-functional. After contacting the company multiple times, I still ended up with the dysfunctional weapon and $876.32 on my credit card. Palmetto Armory sells products that are non-functional. They do not stand behind their products but instead they want their customers to contact the third-party manufacturers to seek the solution. If I purchase a half-full container of milk at a grocery store, I am not going to contact the farm; I will return to the store asking for the replacement. The same logic doesn't work with Palmetto. I would recommend to not purchase your arms from this company.”
“Leaving one star because zero is not an option. Ordered one "new" firearm, which was not functional and damaged. Multiple attempts to contact them and numerous emails went unanswered. I managed to ship the gun back, stating I specifically wanted a refund for the product. They shipped the gun back and decided it was appropraite to blame me for damages. I decided today to give them a call, and see if there was anything they could do to assist me in placing a large gun order. Shockingly, they had nothing for me. I do not see myself ever ordering anything from them again, and quite frankly would not take a free gun from their business.”
