“Great products, good prices, WORST customer service on the planet. Representatives are consistently rude and uncooperative. Lots of shipping issues. Problems with about a third of the orders I have placed and getting problems resolved takes threatening legal action. It shouldn't be this hard”
“Went to PSA today to buy a Ruger 1022 that is supposed to be on sale for the 4th of July sale. Sale price for the synthetic is 199.99 and 229.99 for the hardwood on the deals. They had the gun in stock , but was told they did not have them for that price. I drove a total of 87 miles for this. If they will not honor their sale price, They should not advertise that price. Will not be doing any more business with a company that works like that. On the way home my wife reminded me they did the same thing to my son a year or so before.”
“I am a 75-year-old female and have always had a great deal of fear of firearms. My husband finally convinced me to try to learn to shoot. I took the introductory course at the Florence, SC Armory. Alissa was my instructor. She was so patient and so kind and did much to calm my nerves. Her knowledge and skill were very impressive. She explained and demonstrated every aspect from safety to loading to firing. She then guided me through each step and was so encouraging that I felt I could try another session. I had a long discussion with both Alissa and Wes (the range manager) about different types of firearms. Wes asked me questions and showed me several different pistols as he explained the differences of each. He was very honest in helping me see the advantages and disadvantages for someone in my particular situation. (small hands, weaker hand strength etc.) I ended up purchasing a Ruger and when it was delivered, Wes gave me a lesson on the specific use of my gun. He also was patient, knowledgeable and very skilled. He not only knew what to teach for the correct use of my gun, he was able to explain each detail using perfect analogies to help me understand. He was patient with my questions and as he observed my shooting, he gently corrected what I was doing wrong and was very encouraging and quick to point out what I did correctly. Because of Alyssa and Wes, my fear of handguns has been replaced with a healthy respect for their power. Since my lessons, I have been to the range several times and I am gaining skill and confidence. I have plans to get my CWP, something I never dreamed I would ever do. I owe it all to Alyssa and Wes at the Florence store and I am so grateful for everything they have done for me.”
“The product and pricing is ok, but customer service is awful. I purchased a 10.5" AR Pistol chambered in 300 blackout. I got a 5.56 magazine with it. I sent a message to customer service, this is what I got in return:

How can they think that the correct magazine for the firearm is a magazine that hold a different cartridge or "bullet" than what the firearm fires?”
“Ordered rifle online, paid, had it delivered to one of their stores to pick up. They would not complete my transaction because I recently updated my driver license and had the paper copy issued by the state rather than the plastic card (which would come later). I also showed them my passport and they still refused to execute the transaction. ATF website says you need a driver license OR can show passport and a proof of address, and my paper license was a legitimate state issued ID.
This company will literally not serve you because they do not like the material your state issued identification is printed on. Avoid these clowns at all costs.”
“I just purchased a handgun from Palmetto which was represented as brand new. It arrived well used, lots of scratches, greasy, rust. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM”
“Ordered two boxes of allegedly in stock .380 ammo and was told it would ship in 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later I "chatted" with an associate who told me it had shipped. It had not. I called on the phone 20 days after the order was placed and was told the order was still processing with a 3rd party vendor. I cancelled the order. This was my first and last experience.”
“My wife Tried to buy a sale item. The staff was friendly and courteous. I showed a picture of item with the price. The cashier overcharged me. I was told that it wasn't the same item, but it clearly was. The manager threw me out of the store. Tried calling another store, but no one picks up the phone.”
“The first portion of my order arrived quickly, though the package was covered in oil. The second portion has not shipped a week after I placed the order although the items were in stock. Getting in touch with a person is difficult and their AI chat merely gives the answers from the FAQ document, whether they address the question or not.”
“Bought two parts kits that were improperly packed. No bolt catches extra mag releases. Extra mag releases were packaged in a non see-through package. How do you take pictures of something that doesn't exist. Dragging their feet about replacing what I ordered. Horrible customer service.”

“I ordered a pistol brace for my G Force Blade, similar to a CZ Scorpion. I was recommended to purchase a specific pistol brace, which did not fit, I was informed inspite of it being their recommendation that I would be responsible for return shipping and would not be refunded the original shipping charge, I am out $30 dollars for a brace that should not have been recommended. I will never do business with this company again.”
“Terrible experience. I have spent thousands with them over the years but during g the holidays they sent me a blemmed up gun at full price with an obviously blemmed receiver and barrel. On top of that the sight was overmolded and the stock has way too much slop and rattle. They denied covering any of it under warranty. I will no longer be sending my money their way or recommending them to anyone.”
“I ordered 4 H&R 20 round AR-15 magazines. The magazines seem to be every bit as good as a Colt magazine with top quality construction. I'll try them out soon. Also, Palmetto has great shipping as my order arrived in a timely manner with very carefully packed and secured.
