PSA has a few issues that need attention, emails with incorrect info., too many emails, limited ammo selection, prices that are either reasonable or an instant "NOPE". So they're pretty much like everybody else in the business. But one thing they do well is customer service if something goes wrong. Jessica was delightful to deal with, had an excellent attitude and took care of the issue quickly! PSA sent an email that a purchase I'd made earlier in the day was still in my cart, it was, so I ordered again. I called Jessica, she gave me confidence that at least the order and refund would be correct. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that counts. Jessica's professionalism is admirable. It's a shame she's not overseeing their email system. Thanks Jessica, you saved PSA a customer!

Trayona helped me in ways no other customer service agent did. She went above and beyond, even followed up with emails and provided me specific tracking and order numbers. I own an inbound call center myself and I would hire her in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for all your help.

I’ve ordered multiple times from PSA and the products have always been great. After a recent order I found an item missing and another package undelivered. I called and reached Jessica and she promptly resolved the issue. I’m awaiting a satisfactory resolution but have every confidence after this process.

Palmetto State never fails to keep raising the bar for customer service & quality products in the firearms industry. My customer service representative, Jessica, was quick to respond to my order inquiry & was very courteous. I have ordered multiple firearms from PSA & am impressed with the build quality & selection they offer. They undoubtably earned themselves another loyal customer.

I received an item with a manufacturing defect, that was no fault of PSA (it was a Trijicon product). My customer service representative, Tatyana, did a wonderful job of handling the product return. I sent me a return UPS shipping label and explained the process very well. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, being very pleasant and professional. If I ever have to return an item again, I hope that Tatyana handles the return. Thanks, Ed

I contacted PSA about a price adjustment and spoke with Jessica. She was very helpful and took care of the adjustment right away. She was very friendly and was great to deal with.
