“PSA has a few issues that need attention, emails with incorrect info., too many emails, limited ammo selection, prices that are either reasonable or an instant "NOPE". So they're pretty much like everybody else in the business. But one thing they do well is customer service if something goes wrong. Jessica was delightful to deal with, had an excellent attitude and took care of the issue quickly! PSA sent an email that a purchase I'd made earlier in the day was still in my cart, it was, so I ordered again. I called Jessica, she gave me confidence that at least the order and refund would be correct. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that counts. Jessica's professionalism is admirable. It's a shame she's not overseeing their email system. Thanks Jessica, you saved PSA a customer!”
