Even though I filtered for just Semi-Automatic firearms to place my order, I had to cancel because it was non-compliant. I called back to get some help to order a compliant firearm and I was literally disconnected while talking and sent to a survey like it was done intentionally. Terrible customer service, I’ll buy my firearms somewhere else.

I ordered a Dagger slide and decided to purchase the complete dagger and canceled the slide and Trayona was very helpful and was able to complete my request.

Had an issue where I was charged a different price than was listed. I called and it was all handled smoothly. I was refunded the difference with no issue.

We had part of our order delivered today and the other part was missing and we didn't know that it was a drop shipment from a third party. We called the PSA customer service desk spoke to a real pleasant and helpful service representative by the name of Jessica and she was able to give us a prompt secondary shipping information that was extremely helpful. Jessica also followed up with an email with all of the helpful and pertinent info. Great follow up and phenomenal customer service from PSA representative Jessica.
