I was using a discount code that did not go through when I purchased online so I emailed and called (it was a Sunday though so perhaps the reason) and I didn’t hear back so I canceled the order but it had been processed for shipment. Regina took care of it which means I will shop PSA again. Only note would be to be more price competitive as I found the same weapon on sale (every penny saved in this terrible economy is necessary).”

I understand companies need to tow the line in costs and use robo reps or AI to fill the monetary gap but I do believe most humans which I am one of really appreciate talking with a real live breathing in and out flesh and blood human that has the capacity to actually listen and feel what your customers needs are. I give Vanessa a huge thumbs up for her attitude, her caring disposition and her professionalism. I'm old school, pushing 70 and don't think much of the way most companies are sacrificing their customers on the alter of "High Tech" just to save on the payroll.
