I was using a discount code that did not go through when I purchased online so I emailed and called (it was a Sunday though so perhaps the reason) and I didn’t hear back so I canceled the order but it had been processed for shipment. Regina took care of it which means I will shop PSA again. Only note would be to be more price competitive as I found the same weapon on sale (every penny saved in this terrible economy is necessary).”
“Dealing with your representative Vanessa was such a joy! She is so personable and was very willing to help me. I hate dealing with your virtual robo rep. so cold so inhuman! I understand companies need to tow the line in costs and use robo reps or AI to fill the monetary gap but I do believe most humans which I am one of really appreciate talking with a real live breathing in and out flesh and blood human that has the capacity to actually listen and feel what your customers needs are. I give Vanessa a huge thumbs up for her attitude, her caring disposition and her professionalism. I'm old school, pushing 70 and don't think much of the way most companies are sacrificing their customers on the alter of "High Tech" just to save on the payroll. “Unfortunately it took a while to finally get connected to a Custormer Service rep, as the automated system on Palmetto over the phone isn't the great. Can definitely use some improvement. But other than that, it was great. Got my order fixed quickly (though I still haven't received a confirmation email that the order was cancelled).
