“Regina in customer service helped solve my issue. I was using a discount code that did not go through when I purchased online so I emailed and called (it was a Sunday though so perhaps the reason) and I didn’t hear back so I canceled the order but it had been processed for shipment. Regina took care of it which means I will shop PSA again. Only note would be to be more price competitive as I found the same weapon on sale (every penny saved in this terrible economy is necessary).”
“Unfortunately it took a while to finally get connected to a Custormer Service rep, as the automated system on Palmetto over the phone isn't the great. Can definitely use some improvement. But other than that, it was great. Got my order fixed quickly (though I still haven't received a confirmation email that the order was cancelled).
