Very reliable! When you expect the physical card via usps - please watch out and sign the delivery first time itself (make sure you are available to sign). Else they send back to some service center (usps) and difficult to chase after!

Process was very simple, convenient and fast. Liked the email communications at every stage of processing and delivery. Only regret was that I did not receive the electronic communication of my PAN Card number as promised. I did email and notify about not receiving it yet did not get it till date. Received the physical card by mail. Thank you for the great service.

The cost of the appliacation is very high compared to the online price of applying the pan card via their website.
The customer service staff specifically collected my po box number for delivery, yet the address mentioned for delivery was my flat address.
moreover, the customer service responses were prompt & supportive. which i appreciate. customer service did make the process easy.

Example:
USPS carrier (Postman) came at my door, rang the bell, but did not leave any notice to pick up mail from Post Office ( Notice is required if homeowner is not at home at delivery time).

They even alerted me to the PAN card delivery attempt by post office when I wasn't home, so I could quickly follow up and go to post office directly and pick up the card.

Brilliant service, can't fault at all. Their communication was prompt at all the levels of processing my application. The only thing was PAN card delivery was delayed, however it was not in their hands I know, I will blame customs and postal service for the delay.
