“**Scan Company** Extremely bad service. I am sure the feedback in the system is all paid feedback or friends and family feedback. I have been informed that the PAN card will be delivered to my Bahrain address. after 2months waiting i only got an email and my PAN card details via email, which i can get by paying only 300rupees. These guys charged me extra and no support at all. Ms Priya from chat support was giving me the details to reapply as they could not deliver. i requested her that you charge the normal amount for PAN card and refund me rest amount. she just cancelled the chat and removed the chat option from the line. I'm really very upset with the scam company.”

Dear Mr. Shrikant Kuckian, your PAN Card was dispatched to Bahrain by India EMS Speed post on 22nd January. We communicated the postal tracking number to you by e-mail. The Postal Tracking Reference is EA398849344IN. Also, you have already collected the digitally signed e-PAN Card. If you lost the PAN Card and would like to re-print again, UTI will consider it as a separate application and a fee must be paid. PAN Card Express will waive off our consulting fees, but the UTI ITSL fee must be paid as those are Government charges.
