“I don't know about other countries, but if you live in United States, this is an EXCELLENT service to get a PAN card. I applied through PAN Card Express (PCE) after trying "UTTITSL's online crap option" several times and I must say I should have just used this the first time. It would have saved me so much aggravation and stress. Starting from the day I signed up, it took about 2 weeks for me to get my e-PAN (accepted by banks in India accept e-PAN for all transactions) in the email. As I am writing this review, the actual PAN card has been dispatched to my address from UTTITSL. The entire process followed by PCE is very professional. The initial documents review ensures that the required documents are correct. I got status updates throughout the process. When mailing them the application, I chose their shared courier option which is additional $13 at this point. I would recommend the shared courier option due to two reasons - one, it saves you money :o), second and more important - they will review your documents in NJ before sending it to Chennai and if there is something wrong, you will have to chance to fix it here in USA. I would definitely recommend Pan Card Express for getting a PAN card. In fact, I am getting one for my wife now.”
