SO DISSATISFIED. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bracelet and returned it. After waiting 2 weeks and hearing nothing (even though the UPS tracking showed they'd received it) I contacted them through their chat. I was told to continue waiting and that he could see the refund was in process. I waited and then chatted them only to be told the very same information. A few days later I received an email stating that I was given a gift card for the full amount of the purchase. Not a refund, but a gift card?!? I replied by email twice with absolutely no response. I spoke to a customer rep who told me that since it was final sale (it was NOT marked that on their website) that they were offering me a gift card as a "courtesy". I went around and around with him explaining that neither the website nor the order email I received showed anything about final sale. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and went around and around with her. She insisted that there was nothing they could do. This is FRAUD. They are legally obligated to refund the purchase price including tax. Offering a giftcard does not relieve them of their legal obligation. She told me she would send this on to be reviewed by "the team" and I could call back in 3 days. I don't want the gift card because I do not want to ever purchase anything from this company again. SO DISSATISFIED.

I felt insulted the way I was treated just because I AM ASIAN , RACIST. I bought worth of $800 Pandora accessories for my three kids as a gift. My son didn’t like the charms but decide to kept just the black bracelet , my youngest one likes her ring , but my eldest didn’t like any of them . So I decided to return the item at Fairview Point Claire were I purchased them. I was told by a sales lady EMILY that I need a proof of purchase in able to return, but in my surprise what she really want me to show her is that small piece of paper that comes out from the debit machine. I used my CC , she said that “ she doesn’t need any other proof of purchase 🧾 except that small price of paper from the debit machine because she need that special code from the print out. I keep on telling her that , I have the proof from my email that the Pandora send. The full information is written right there. She keep on insisting that , what ever I have is not acceptable and she can only except exchange or issue me a gift card. I keep on telling her that I have no intention of going for both because I have NO NEED of them at the moment, and still she keep on saying that , “ you still have a few weeks to locate that piece of paper and you have a whole year to decide what to buy once I accepted that gift card”. So in my prostration I admit I kind of loose it and blur out and swear ( f) a few times but not meant for her but to that stupid POLICY OF PANDORA that she keep on insisting. I can’t believe that for my 34 years of shopping and returning goods , this is the very first time that I encountered this kind of POLICY that she keep on repeating. Even told me that she is not the one implementing this POLICY but the PANDORA itself. So out of my curiosity I called PANDORA ROCKLAND MALL/ EATON CENTER / CARREFOUR LAVAL and asked this three FRANCHISE location about there return policy. All of them said exact same thing “ once you are into the system and you lost your original receipt ( any receipt for that matter) and you receive your receipt to your email that is acceptable because all the information they needed is written right there. So I went back and told her that I contacted 3 Pandora store and was told that email receipt is good enough and still for goodness sake , SHE IS REALLY STICKING TO HER OWN POLICY OF NO ORIGINAL RECEIPT, NO REFUND. And even told me that every PANDORA store has their own policy. So me being stubborn, I told her I need to speak to her manager , and she said that she already spoken to her manager and said exactly same thing “NO RECEIPTS ON HAND, NO REFUND “ and I insisted that I am not moving out from there until I talk to her manager myself, then she said “ she can’t disturb her manager bec. today is her day off and can’t be reach “ , didn’t she just told me that , she just spoke to her”? So I am really getting prostrated and annoyed, this kind of RACIST HAS TO STOPPED. So I told her that I am not moving anywhere, and I even told her that if she wanted to call the security or police on me, by all means do so. I am not vandalizing or harming anyone, I am simply staying because I know that I AM RIGHT. So finally she went inside ( maybe called her manager again ) and when she came back , she SCAN the bar CODE on my receipt from my email and start processing my refund. Alleluia !!! she can process my refund without my original receipt . So before going further from the store I check my online CC transactions if my refund of worth $500 something are in the system, I am pretty sure I saw it there, but when I look back again at my CC transactions just now 11:45pm the amount disappeared, I don’t see that refund amount from PANDORA . I will wait a day or two and I will check again . SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING AT PANDORA FAIRVIEW POINT CLAIRE .

I will never shop at your stores again. I have been a customer for years when Pandora was in Jared's and before. You are treated like a criminal if you want to return something and they make up return policies depending on the store and your color. I was visiting New York from FWD Texas and I bought two New York charms from the Herald Square Store. I asked about the return policy and was told if my sister didn't like I was told could return to any store. Which it clearly says on my receipt. I was told today at the Hurst store in Fort Worth Texas they can't accept the charm form New York because it's specially made in New York. Why was I not told that. I can't return the other one because I no longer have the prepaid Visa Gift-card I used. I asked couldn't they return the balance to another card and was told no. What if my card had been comprised and account closed they would be able to use that card then what? All this was told to the clerk from someone in the back who NEVER came out just kept telling people what to tell me.

We purchased a $2500 bracelet 2 days ago in Orlando and needed to return due to size. We purchased in Orlando because Daytona did not have size needed. We were assured we could return the incorrect size at the daytona store for a full refund we have all receipts for both bracelets. The Daytona Pandora store would not return/refund because they claimed it is not a corporate store. Although we checked the website which clearly stated the return policy and direct us to return to the Volusia Mall Daytona store, so you can understand the frustration. Now we have to drive 1.5 hours - a three hr round-trip to return it in Orlando. Never would we assume this would be an issue under any circumstances two days after a purchase with the same company and we confirmed it when we purchased told it would not be a problem as we knew we would be returning one of the sizes we had purchased. We are NEVER shopping at any Pandora again. Corporate should’ve had their franchise store’s back and make it convenient for the customer which it was also a long trip to get to Daytona to make this return to begin with. We have been loyal customers at other Pandoras for years, but won’t be shopping at any again due to this hassle. The Daytona store is in a regular mall and we got same type receipts as store in Orlando stating items can be returned for full refund so we feel scammed. Buyer’s Beware. What should’ve been a very simple return was a nightmare for a good customer with poor service. Never have I had this happen at Macys, Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany’s or anywhere else in my 40 years plus of shopping when the return policy was clearly stated on receipt and it was two days later. Now we must be inconvenienced further and travel far to return the incorrect size. Pandora made a very poor business decision and will lose lots of customers due to this incompetence. We will be posting this everywhere possibly to alert the public of these practices plus telling all of our friends who are big shoppers as well. . We have copies of all receipts and proof of everything stated.

I wish I could leave zero stars! I had an absolute horrible experience in your Woodbury Commons location in Central Valley, NY. I held off w/ this review because I know everyone is entitled to their bad days but the more I think about it the more angry I get. I witnessed a tall female employee (I believe was the manager) being extremely rude to & talking about a customer to fellow associates who had just left in a racial manner. She was extremely rude and unprofessional! I walked out without purchasing anything and will NEVER return!! This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this employee (manager?) … every time I shop/browse in this location she’s beyond RUDE! Pandora needs to look deeper into who they have running their stores if she is the manager! Sorry Pandora but I will NOT be coming back to this store. I will shop elsewhere (most likely a different brand) and hopefully have a much better experience

I bought a ring for my wife but unfortunately it was too small for her. The return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased are eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt." This is false. I went to the store and spoke with the seller who told me that they would not accept the ring because according to them it had a scratch. My wife did not wear the ring so I think they sold me the scratched ring, obviously the scratch can only be seen with a magnifying glass and when I bought it I did not use a magnifying glass to check it. I went to customer service and they did not solve my problem either, now I am with a 647 dollar ring that my wife cannot use and that the store does not accept either. I feel cheated and frankly disappointed in the store not only for its customer service but also for its dishonesty when it comes to selling an imperfect product.

I can't understand how this company exists. Members of my family over the years have now bought me my 4th bracelet. They have all turned black and lost silver sheen - this includes the so called silver charms. Absolutely rubbish product that will give you approx three months wear. Im actually sick giving them one star in order to do this review. Pandora stop scamming customers and be HONEST about the life span of your products. Total waste of money - BE AWARE

I was just in the PANDORA JEWELRY Toms River NJ location MONDAY MAY 15th,2023 to exchange a Mother's Day Gift that my son purchased on 05/12/2023 18:43 pm and I received the gift on Sunday Mother’s Day. Upon receiving my gift, I did however try the ring onto see if it fit & how I would like it. I did not know this is not allowed as the PANDORA policy. I decided to exchange it out and get a different ring. The Manager Tracy inspected the ring & determined that it was worn & kept Insinuating (suggest or hint in an indirect and unpleasant way) that the ring was ruin with scratches & dirty. I explain to her the ring was not even worn, but yes I did try it on & placed it back in the box ( guess this is not allowed, but only in the store it is allowed).I didn't like how the scratching feeling it felt against my other fingers. She said because of this it can not be exchanged & or taken back. I kept saying to her I have not worn the ring. She kept Insinuating that I ruined the ring. After the first time I stated I did not wear the ring, but yes did try it on that should have been the end of the conversation and you just exchange and or do what the customer asked. I was well within the 30-Day exchange / refund policy (which I believe PANDORA has a no question asked return policy as stated by phone conversations from customer service). Even speaking to them on the phone they could not believe this even occurred & or happened. Once is enough a customer should not have to repeat themselves and you take it that you don’t believe them. Not good customer service at all. The ring was not ruined & if I walked away instead of letting my voice be heard letting Tracy the Manager know she was wrong for saying & Insinuating that I actually wore the ring in which I did not. Your not going to treat any customer like this especially me and be allowed to get away with it. First off you dont do that to any customer,if she (Tracy) did this to me how many other customers has she done this to? Not right in way shape or form at all. So she proceeded to say she will reach out to the district manager at 11:00 am to see what she can do. As I asked for the corporate phone number to call & complain she gave me the Pandora book ,told me it was in there. Who even says & or does that, you politely write it down for customers when they ask. I told her no I want it written down so she went to another counter in the back of store I guess to get a hold of the District Manger, as well as trying to scare me with notifying mall security. As she came back to tell me they were willing to exchange it out as she will clean the ring. There was nothing wrong with it other than my middle and pinky fingers getting scratched from the side, I wouldn’t have known that if I didn’t try it on. Didn’t know that is not allowed as per PANDORA policy. She tried to make an issue which was & should not have been. I was actually purchasing a more expensive ring paying the difference in price which was more money, not them owing me money for a cheaper ring. You can't tell me after each customer trying rings on in the store your polishing the rings that you clearly put back in the case after being tried on from person to person, being stacked with other rings, placed on the counter, etc... No your not polishing & or cleaning them because as I just tried on several & the sales girl Caitlin clearly just put them back in the case. No one no matter who you are & or work for will/should ever Insinuate something I did.I would never try & return something that I personally ruined, it’s not my character. On top of that purchase another ring that was more money & pay the difference. In my opinion she was being a B**** & thought she made it better by saying she spoke to District manager to exchange it, but nope you actually didn’t Tracy. You got me to a level that I am & have reported the incident, also in giving a review on what happened to hopefully help make people be aware & learn from this, so they don’t have to experience anything similar. Even the Associate Caitlin tried to apologize after the fact while she just stood there quietly listening to Tracy instead of speaking up when the insicident was occurring.TO me hearing this in the end from the sales girl Caitlin she was kind of admitting some guilt for the actions that happened. Who would want to work under someone who does this to the customers and or a company who allows this to occur from any Manager. But instead trying to make it seem that because you exchanged it made it better. Not for me it didn’t. Letting others be aware of what occurs and goes on with making purchases from PANDORA & experiencing something that should never have happened in the first place. It’s not right & there for you just lost several customers now as well I will no longer step foot in, nor shop at PANDORA going forward any longer, nor will any of my family. People who are like that & work for a company treating customers like this, no way will they continue to receive business from me or anyone I know for that matter. Because of this incident & what I experienced in dealing with Tracy at PANDORA they just lost future sales from me going forward.. PANDORA jewelry & any jewelry for this matter are never guaranteed. Things happen they break, you lose diamonds, stones, necklaces break, earrings break, etc. That’s why there is a return policy so if you purchase anything from PANDORA, you’re not supposed to wear it because if anything happens before the 30-Day return policy nothing can be done because it was worn. Then no one should shop here at PANDORA

1 star is too much. I’ve always loved the look of pandora jewellery but after the issues I’ve had, I am done! A few years ago my husband bought me two pandora rings. Both rose gold with stones. After a couple of months one of the stones fell out and my finger was Green from tarnishing. I was really shocked by this as I have had a few rose gold plated sterling silver rings and this hadn’t happened. After this he went on to buy me a special Xmas present. It was the “Too The Moon And Back” necklace. I was overjoyed and cried when I opened it. It meant a lot to me as we were just about to welcome another baby. Within 5 months the silver was black. I was meant to wear it on my wedding day and couldn’t due to how bad it went after I cleaned it. Again I’ve always cleaned my sterling silver the same way for years. I have a sterling silver ring which I have worn pretty much every day for 20 years and I’ve had multiple sterling silver necklaces and bracelets in the passed that never did this. I used pandora cleaning products and it didn’t do anything. Then today my Pandora Love earrings my husband bought me for Xmas 2022 no longer do up. I am gutted. That is a lot of money for cheap rubbish.

We bought a ring for our niece for a birthday present in late November 2022. That was just 4 months ago. The ring started to look tarnished and it started to turn her finger green. We went to the Pandora store that we bought it from and got the "this is normal wear and tear and we can't do anything for you" speech. 4 Months????? Is there anything that can be done???

I left my bracelet to be cleaned plus 12 charms. When I got it back there was only 11 charms. The missing one happened to be a memorial heart with my brothers ashes in it. My daughter colllected bracelet for me , I phoned shop they said they would look into it. Several hours later they phoned to say they couldn’t Find it. Sadly it got worse , they are not prepared to do anything about it. The manager did not speak to me she just let a staff member to tell me there’s nothing they can do. So it would appear pandora can loose a charm and I as a customer is supposed to say that’s ok ! I do have receipt that has clearly got 12 charms on it. Not only sad but very angry and will be taking it further.

Rose gold worn off of one ring in a month, we purchased a trio. Pandora totally disinterested, according to them 'it happens'. Apparently not covered under the warranty. When we purchased them we ask this question to which we were told it would not wear and if anything did happen it was a 2 year warranty, total fairy tale. Head office offer no help.
