Customer service is horrible! No returns after a month for DEFECTiVE items.
The sales ladies are nice in the store, until you come back for a return. Then, the nasty attitude surfaces.
Not buying one single piece again. The quality has also declined after the pandemic.
It's sad that this company doesn't stand for their overpriced items!

The return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased are eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt.
