“I initially ordered the incorrect part. I called and spoke to a customer service staff member who was extremely helpful in fixing the matter. I received the correct part the next day. Easy, efficient, prompt and accurate process! I won’t look anywhere else in the future!”

“I made an enquiry regarding the freight charge as it was over $600 and was told that it is what it is. I then received a message from Krystal stating that she had overheard the conversation and didn't agree with the comment. Krystal then went out of her way to look into the freight surcharge and was able to reduce this down to about $170 and was then able to make the ordering process easy with a confirmation that all my parts had been packed and ready for shipment. They all arrived the next day. Bloody excellent service thanks Krystal. I will definatly be ordering more parts in the future for my other cars.”

“I wa Really impressed with Panel House, I ordered the part on a Sunday, and it was picked and Despatched Monday and i received ir on the Wednesday, They are in Qld and i am in Country Vic!!! Amazing, considering parts i ordered the same day from a Melbourne parts place which took 5 days before it was picked and packed, and freight is usually1-2 days max from Melbourne to us. Great job Panel House, and the part was exactly as expected and fitted just like OE. Excellent.”

“Grille fit like a glove and looks fantastic. The badge fitting assembly on the other hand wasnt even close. Was a disaster to fit, i broke my emblem and eventually had to hot glue the emblem to the grille surround. Be careful when advertising such things as : 100% fitment guarantee and easy installation.”
