“Does the job well. The part was a Falcon tail light and looks identical to the original. Processing and delivery was efficient. I would give 5 stars but found the website a little clunky to use. Would be good to be able to provide your rego number as with other well known auto shop sites and have the website indicate suitability of your part required for your car model. Notwithstanding that I will definitely use Panel House in the future.”

“As I was prompted for a review. I purchased a 100 series panel. I got a phone call the next day regarding shipping and how if the panel is damaged in shipping it is not covered through insurance and panel house will not be liable. When asked how they pack the item they said it’s in a big cardboard box with a lot of bubblewrap and the panel itself is wrapped in cardboard, I was happy with that. When the panel arrived, it arrived in an electric bike box with the bottom half panel sticking out of the box and they had used another box to make the box even bigger, there was no bubblewrap. Luckily the panel was not damaged so was happy with that. However, I was a bit surprised with how the panel was packaged. So 4 out of five stars I would’ve been disappointed if the panel was damaged, given what they told me how the panel would be packaged however no damage, so happy.”

“Good pricing good availability, the description for the part I ordered needs a tad fine tuning. I made the purchase however the description mentions 2wd I had a 4wd wanted clarification I noticed the discrepancy after purchase. I emailed asked the question there was no response. However when the part arrived it fit like a glove, so this dose fit both 2wd and 4wd narrow body hi-lux lol”

“Great customer service, some brand new parts are cheaper then secondhand from a wreckers, I got a series 1 ve bumper and looks great. Only problem would be getting certain products to certain places, was cheaper for me to fly and bring it on a plane then pay the courier fee”
