Unfortunately delivery was unsuccessful due to error on our part, but Panther immediately got in touch to rearrange delivery for the next day. “Wow … what a shoddy company for delivery. New American fridge freezer - paid for delivery install and removal of old American fridge freezer direct from Samsung. 2 guys turned up early to be fair. Immediately started photographing our house/door and measuring with tape measure. Said they couldn’t get the new fridge in the house. I tried to explain that is was smaller than the old one and that got through the door. But was difficult as one spoke some broken English and the other none !
We took took the doors off the old fridge and they dragged it out the house leaving double tram line marks on my real wood floor for about 10 metres ! No apology and didn’t care !
Then we had numerous phone calls both the driver and myself with Samsung (who also didn’t care what was happening with something I bought direct from them - a written complaint to Samsung is to follow)
Panther head office wanted me to accept liability for any damage to the fridge if they took the packaging off at the door to get it through. I only agreed if they undertook the moving of the fridge in a professional manner - which up to now I hadn’t seen. Had to get the fridge in the door otherwise I was fridge-less !
The delivery drivers were then going to dragged the unpackaged fridge over a concrete floor ! Which I duly stopped !
Fridge was finally delivered into the house and they left. The most stressful 2 hours of my life when I had paid for a delivery and install - what a joke. I certainly wouldn’t have let them install!
One thing to note is when they arrived and first started getting agitated they said they were allocated a maximum of 20 minutes to delivery an American fridge freezer, install and remove the old one. Really ….. words fail me
Come on Samsung they are damaging not only your customers property but also your reputation as I won’t be buying from Samsung again as I don’t want this shoddy, unprofessional and quite frankly extremely stressful delivery ever again !”

Multiple texts and emails stating 2 hour delivery window and they will ring an hour before.
Arrived at the 1hr 45 mins before delivery slot without a phone call. Were extremely rude that I was not there.
I explained my neighbour would be happy to take the parcel which then meant a manager called me and said the neighbour could not take the parcel and they would come back within the delivery slot.
Arrived 10mins before the delivery slot, and then I got a phone call from the manager again, very rude - that I was not in the house.
I was in the house I was waiting for them to get out of their van!

“I can't fault the timing of the mattress arriving but for friendliness of the people delivering it I'd give a zero. I understand that they may not have had a strong grasp of the English language but they didn't say one word apart from "sign here" and didn't even smile. It was very unnerving and unpleasant. Please train your drivers to be more polite and friendly - it really does make such a huge difference.”

Fuming! I requested after 1pm which Panther Logistics totally IGNORED and now my family are without a refrigerator for 5 more days!
Lesson learnt Panther. Your process should state that as a customer you HAVE to be available at anytime to accept delivery as you cannot support the customer. Even though your speel (while waiting on the phone for your customer service) states 'we appreciate your time is important to you'. Obviously that isn't true.
Even though my Refrigerator is on the back of one of your wagons your guys can't return and drop off at 1pm. Why?
I cannot recommend this company and I will be informing Samsung how your delivery process has let my family down.”
“Placed an order with The Sofa Shop for a new cinema sofa. Express delivery was supposed to be within 3 to 5 days. Delivery scheduled for Friday 1st March, time slot 1.30pm til 3.30pm. Booked the afternoon off to wait in.
Online tracking had no updates at all. Received a text message at 3.20pm to say delivery cancelled. No explanation.
Called Panther customer services to be told hadn't received the sofa. Contacted The Sofa Shop to be told the sofa had been damaged in the Panther warehouse.....
New delivery arranged by The Sofa Shop for Tuesday 5th March. Received email from Panther to confirm this. Received a message from Panther 4th March to say the time slot was between 11.20am and 1.20pm.
Tuesday 5th March 7.09am, sent a message from Panther to say failed delivery attempt. And a second email to say order cancelled. Had to wait to call customer services at 8am. On hold for over 20 minutes in the queue to get cut off when next in queue. Called again, further wait of 15 minutes, until connected to customer services.
Explain messages received and asked what's going on, to be told that the Sofa hadn't arrived in time to be loaded onto the delivery vehicle (tracking showed it arrived the afternoon before), but they would see what they could do to get the sofa on to a back up vehicle. Then Called The Sofa Shop to get them to chase up what's happening, they contacted Panther and confirmed that my sofa was on a back up vehicle and driver would call an hour before delivery but couldn't tell me when that might be. So had to book the whole day off.
Panther then sent a link for driver tracking. Followed the van from Swindon, to Luton, to South London, then down to Worthing, before I received a call from the driver at 7pm telling me he was approx 2 hours away.
Waited until gone 9pm and received another call from driver as he couldn't find the house number and could I direct him. Gave instructions, and went outside of house to flag him down.
Driver and his assistant spoke very little English to me and continued their conversations the whole time in there language.
Explained the old sofa had to be removed first before the new one could be bought in. I'd already taken the cushions etc down to the door. They got the old sofa out.
The new sofa was boxed, and they pulled it out from the van, rotating it top to bottom and putting onto the path outside the house.
The drivers opened the box, and removed the sofa base twisting and turning the frame to get it out of the box. The back cushions etc were bought into the house, and then the bought the base in. Living room is on the first floor, so had to be carried upstairs.
Gone 9.30pm now and drivers ask if I'm ok to assemble sofa. I said yes as long as the instructions were there. They said would be in the box with the electrical connections/controllers.
They took pocture of sofa base in the living room. And then left the house to load the old sofa and the packaging that they had removed.
I cant blame the driver and his assistant for the poor service from Panther, their lack of proper communication, multiple conflicting text and email messages, and a tracking system that doesn't update in real time (I know this because at 9pm, it still showed the driver as being in Worthing).
If I make any future large purchases, I will enquire who the delivery company is, and if its Panther, I won't be placing an order.”
“Damage caused by installers, Panther doesn't care!
Installer from panther delivery scratched our flooring and also damaged the worktop surface when removing the old washing machine.
There was no level of care for the property owners house, dropping tools onto the floor, dragging boxes and the sack barrow. The worst delivery / installation experience I've ever received. The installers hardly spoke a word of English apart from the basics which made this even more difficult.
Presented with a piece of paper just as they were rushing out the door, which I assumed was to sign for delivery and installation. Quite frankly they were so disgusting I wanted them out of the house ASAP. Body odour + burping is not professional, and quite frankly disgusting - Panther are hiding behind this to not action the damage further despite lodging a complaint directly after delivery and "installation".
Consumer beware.”
“Shocking company. Said that I was the first drop off. giving me a time of delivery of 10:50 - 12:50. Finally arrived at 14:40. Said there was traffic. Tracking the vehicle showed something different.”

Absolute joke of a service and very rude and unhelpful 2 man delivery and installation of a 65 inch tv.
Caused damage to my wall and wall mounted my new 65 inch tv with the bracket lose to the rear of the tv and the back plate crooked and not fit for purpose which was considered dangerous and an accident waiting to happen by a second crew that was sent to assess the first installation. Luckily we noticed the issues due to me having to remove the tv with my partner after installation due to them not allowing me to plug my tv cables into the tv as this was not part of the service!
Inexperienced staff and disgusting customer service.
In addition, I am still waiting on Samsung customer services to provide me with a resolution to my complaint.”
“Driver called me at 07.30 said would it be OK to deliver within 40 minutes. I said OK. Hour later not delivered. I called driver and he said the company told him he couldn't deliver that early and would be with me within the hour. I've been waiting for more than 2 and half hours now. I've had to cancel things in order to facilitate this shipment.”
“They charged me £35 for a "plug and play" service when having a TV delivered which I paid for as they made it sound like a setup service (and the photo on the website shows this). When the delivery drivers turned up they said that all they do is plug it in to the mains to prove it works. They didn't even put it on the stand just laid it on the floor.”
“I ordered furniture a few months ago. Absolute shambolic way the delivery guys were dragging the fit bite using the handrails of rhe stairs.
the delivery guys almost left me with unopened di I tire and they had to be prompted ti take out the furniture from the box, as one of rhe delivery guys had gone back to the truck, so I was asked to assist with taking out the furniture
They did not take away the cardboard boxes or bin them, and I was left to dispose them

“Ordered a bed on qvc last year delivered by panther and bed drawer was bent on runners which I only found out when they left and had to get it replaced. Then I ordered another bed on qvc also delivered by panther and removed the old bed from bedroom to find the bed being delivered damaged so it was taken away - so no bed at all now. Why are the beds not quality checked before they go out for delivery? Shocking service and will never buy from anyone again that uses them to deliver their products.”

Now Tv is going back one week later since Sky misssold me the Tv.

Terrible service , they give you a time slot with an app, why bother if they cannot keep to time ?
