“this is worst company ever had to deal with the lies and staff are a disgrace they have no control over drivers or contact ave been waiting on delivery 4 times now in 2weeks and not once have they apologised for it ave took 4 days from work for them to say van broke down , then couldn't find address but didn't call me , then smashed my sky tv , then cancel 4 delivery like why is this company so bad and no communication with customer is very bad si this company is not recommended for delivery from my experience”
“They arrived with my new mattress but they decided before we opened the door to our house it would not go upstairs.
After discussing the problem with the delivery team who were adiment it would not go upstairs. They contacted there customer service and after a 15 minute conversation still would not agree to the mattress being delivered at this point I told customer service person it would go upstairs all they had to do is put on a slant.and it would go upstairs.
Customer services said any damage to the property would be my responsibility.
Finally they begrudgingly took the
mattress upstairs.
It only took 5 minutes. What I did not like was the conversation between the delivery team In a language I couldn't understand. Finally l suffered a spinal accident and use a zimmer frame to show them how to do there job.I will now not buy anything delivered by this company.”
“Panther, in their infinite 'white glove' wisdom, decided to organise the delivery of a new and collection of an old mattress for the first drop with a time slot of 07:00-09:00. Who in their right mind would be up, out of bed and bed stripped in time for 07:00. The time slot notification came after all communication channels were closed and nothing could be done. The phone call in advance came at 06:48, a ridiculous hour. Needless to say it wasn't answered as I was asleep still. Once here, the guys were not this so called 'white glove' experience either. No idea where they get this description from. They were dressed in their own casual clothes, one had both ear buds in listening to something other than the customer, the other was out of sight round the corner from my door. They spoke very little, but got the job done I suppose. This is my second recent experience of Panther, so far they are worse than Yodel, would actively avoid choosing a retailer that uses them if I am able to.”

Driver on day refused to honour it as doesn't fit in with their route planning. Had to take hour unpaid of work to accept the delivery. Extremely rude delivery staff. Trying to now get a refund for specified evening delivery time.”
“Failed to deliver item twice. First time because the van broke down. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for that, but I should have known better when it took them four hours after my delivery window for customer services contact me.
Delivery was rearranged for 2 days later and I received a text less than three hours before delivery to say it had been cancelled. I called customer services and the reason for cancellatin was the item had not been sent back to the depot be reloaded and they were unable to tell me when this might happen. To save my sanity I cancelled the whole order and am awaiting my refund.
A logistics company has one objective - to move things from seller to buyer. It would seem from the reviews I have since read that Panther regularly fail at the one and only hurdle. Talk about hopeless.”
“I took a day off work to assemble a bunk bed.
They contacted me at midday on the day of delivery to tell me they’d forgotten to load it on the truck.
They then delivered it at the latest possible time on a different day.
Utterly useless. Avoid.”

“Disgraceful delivery company. We paid for the packaging to be removed and the new fridge freezer to be installed in the room of our choice. Drivers lied saying our old fridge was full and they couldn't take it away even though the food was bagged up on the garage floor. They stated they only had 10 minutes per drop so didn't have time to remove the packing and the new fridge doors so it'll go through the door, even though we paid samsung £120 for this service!! I personally removed the old fridge doors just so they would take the old one away!
We had to bite the bullet and just get it put in the garage due to no help from the drivers and their refusal to remove the packing, doors and get it into the house. Then the worst thing was sending 2 slim lads to lift a 150kg fridge with no truck, straps or lifting equipment which resulted in the £2000 fridge getting dented where they dropped it. Samsung had to come and replace the doors!!! Im sure the HSE would be keen to see their lifting style.
Upon complaining to Panther head office the book of excuses came out.
The Samsung engineer said the Samsung distribution network are turning to other couriers after months of delays, damages and issues with Panther.”
“We've had two deliveries via panther. The first was excellent. The second the delivery team refused to deliver to the room, despite paying £25 extra for the service. Delivery man said it would take time, so refused. I now have to figure out how to manover the bed up two flights of stairs.
Happy Beds dealt with the issue well and refunded the £25.”
“Fridge freezer due 5 days ago has been "sent to the wrong depot". They have no idea where it is, was last scanned in their network 7 days ago. When asking for updates they just say you have to wait. This is the WORST delivery company I have even experienced in my life. They should be investigated by trading standards.”

They left my mattress down at the gate next to another flat, and as far as I know they should deliver to my doorstep. And I guess my doorstep should be at my flat. Then customer service very arrogant! They dont care about customers at all! Avoid them.”

Turned up with half my bed order, didn’t send 2 man to deliver to bedroom (paid for this service as I am pregnant), said they were sending the rest of the order on the 15th, I requested a date change only to receive a time slot for the 15th the evening before so rearranged work to be home…for them not to turn up. Customer service had 0 interest in any of it.”
“I wouldn't even give them 1 star !!! Awful company to deal with. I was waiting for a delivery of a bed. Was at home waiting, they sent a text failed delivery with a photo of my front door, yet I was in the flat the whole time. I called to be met with rudeness and more lies, they did not knock at my door or press my buzzer. Just liars. The other photo of the bed outside my door wasn't even in my building. Avoid at all costs and ask companies who their deliveries are with.”
“How can panther expect 2 slim lads to deliver and install a very very heavy American fridge freezer without a truck or trolley to move it on. They should be investigated by the HSE.
Refused to remove old fridge so I had to remove the doors. Refused to remove the packing and remove doors on brand new 3k fridge freezer to get it in the house as they "only get 1p mins per job"!!
Use somebody else Samsung!
We paid extra for this and are now taking it up with Samsung.”
“Awful customer service. Have literally sent me on a wild goose chase and all I wanted to do was rearrange delivery. Four times I contacted them today and each time was wrong phone number etc. shocking”
“They run their two man professional delivery services from residential streets. Their fleet of delivery vehicles are parked badly overnight clogging up our road so people who actually live here can't park. They think nothing of blocking your drive for TWO DAYS! Unloading and dragging customer mattresses/TV's etc in the middle of the road from one van to another. Whilst blocking the entire road on a regular basis, they speed whilst on their phones and basically are taking over the road and causing distress to the people who live here.”
