After sending countless emails and screenshots for proof of the money taken from my account, I have had ONE response that said I would be refunded within 7 days, needless to say I was not and I received no further response after that.

Plastic clipboard shattered the first time it was used, breaking into damgerously jagged pieces. Took it back to the shop and was denied a refund because the manageress was out! Dangerous products, zero customer service. Would never go back.
