“The first few boxes for me came about a month too late, but I'm told that problem has been solved now! :) Mostly love the content of the boxes so far!! One thing for me though, as an avid bullet journaler, is that the planner isn't really functional. Would rather get it in a notebook form, so I can decide the purpose of it myself. Because I'd love to use it instead of having it sit in a drawer unused. Otherwise love all the work that's visibly put in to the boxes!!”

“There has definitely been better boxes, but it was still nice to mix it up. I ended up giving away the pen pot and straws though, as I have no use for these products (I already have lots of desk organization and bamboo straws).”

“The stuff is always beautiful and I'm really pleased with how they kept us informed while they were having Shipping difficulties. The one occasion my box went missing they were quick to respond and I has a replacement in a couple of days”

“Even when they have problems with supplies they keep you Informed as to what problem they might be having as well as when it should be sorted out by. If it is an exceptionally long delay in being able to send the boxes out they explain and throw in a few freebies to compensate for the delay and being patient. When things are running smoothly for them quite often I receive my package before I am notified it has been dispatched, but even if after then no more than a few days later.”

“I would love the products. The packets have been nice. Shipping to Finland though has been a complete nightmare, and only one has made it through without re-sendind another pack. I am today still waiting for my November pack... At least the shipping codes work now. So the bare minimum service has been reached. Hence two stars and not one.”

Hello Jenni, We're very sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced when getting the boxes shipped to your address in Finland. Sadly, since Brexit came into place at the start of the year, and was then updated in July, we have had some problems with sending the boxes to certain areas of the EU. Finland in particular has proven to be the one most affected by the changes. I can assure you we are doing everything we can to improve this service. This is why we introduced the new IOSS shipping service in October that pre-pays all the customs charges before the boxes are sent out. With regards to your November box. This one should hopefully be delivered soon. The Papergang Team

“They have been consistant, and even when there has been issues with posting items they immediately get in touch and emails the customers to let them know what is going on. Great and love getting my boxes each month.”

“I love the boxes and all surprises I get at the end of each month. There have been some issues in the past, but the support Team was very helpful and solved each problem with ease. I would be happy if we ger less "Planners", as the book's structure does not work for me, so I'm unable to use those (and I have three - from January, May and September). I do love all Notepads and all small Notebooks as well as every pen, pencil and pencil case. And of course, the more stickers there are get, the better! Thank you, papergang Team!”

“Papergang go above and beyond to bring us gorgeous stationery each month. I absolutely love my monthly box, and when the world seized under the strain of supply chain issues their communication was fab and as was always worth the wait! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they are my spark of joy each month :-)”
