“My first box arrived damaged on the outside. The tissue paper on the inside was torn and the pin is missing the back piece. Shipping took a lot longer than expected.”

“I cancelled in July, and then in September they started taking payments again, telling me I’d only paused it - i didn’t want any more as they kept sending to do lists every month, so I know this is not the case, but refund was refused despite this money being wrongfully debited. Very unsatisfactory customer service handling and repetitive items, and no guarantee you’ve cancelled when you think you have via the website.”

We're extremely sorry for any inconvenience this has been caused by your September renewal and payment which was taken, for this months box. We can see this has been discussed in great detail with the team and are really sorry you are unsatisfied with the outcome. The subscription was skipped on the 26th of July opposed to being cancelled. This therefore meant the August renewal was skipped and no payment taken, but continued as normal from the 1st of September. At this stage we are unable to cancel and refund the September box which has been processed, but you are more than welcome to return the September box once received for a full refund. “Lovely box every month. Seems that there a a few "popular" items, such as daily journals or desk planners that are included every couple of months, which is really good if you use them (I don't but they make really nice high quality gifts for friends and family). The different themes are always fun, especially when you get christmas themed items around December. I think we got little cards last year with matching gift tags which were adorable. But there's also practical stuff, like good pens and notepads that I use all the time, and it's nice to be able to fill a smaller notebook and start fresh after a month or so. If you're a real stationary lover then this is the box for you!”

“I love love love Papergang, the idea behind it and the monthly surprises in the post! It’s so handy especially if you forget to buy a birthday/ thank you/ thinking of you card or little present as it means there is always something lurking around at home!(I have had Papergang for about 4 years now and have a small collection hehe).”

“I really love the box and I am always looking forward to the next one. Mostly I like the special stuff like scissors or rulers. But I am also always so happy with beautiful pens or pencil cases! Also always cool are cards! Notebooks are nice too, although I have A LOT by now. What I don’t like that much are prints since I don’t hang them on my walls. Planners are cool, too! But only year planners, daily planners not so much. And Washi Tape is always a good idea, too. Hope that helps :-)”

“I first gave my daughter a Papergang subscription when she was in hospital, to cheer her up. It worked so well that several years later we are still subscribing. Their stuff is beautiful, affordable and thoughtful. We look forward to her subscription box every month.”
