“Absolute love papergang. I love the variety every month and honestly can't wait for my delivery to arrive. My only thought is that once my first 3 month subscription was finished, I wasn't notified that is had ended so I believe I went a month or two with out receiving a box before I realised I needed to renew my subscription. Now I feel out of sync of when the boxes are arriving. I know the dates are listed on our account, but it would be ideal if we got an email notification letting us know when the next box is arriving or if we have to renew. But love what you guys do. Thanks”

Hello Charlotte Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for your great feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you don't feel the renewal process is as clear as it could be. Currently, all our subscriptions automatically renew when they end. However, it sounds like you might have signed up for our gift sub which automatically expires once the last pre-purchased box is sent out. This is listed on our website when signing up. However, I have mentioned the idea of an email informing you when your next box is due with the marketing team. The Papergang Team

“I always really enjoy the items I receive and everything is great quality. The only downside is that it takes a LONG time to be delivered to me most months, and the tracking info can be sketchy!”

However, it's sad to hear that the shipping has been difficult at times. Rest assured we are always working hard to improve our shipping methods to try and ensure boxes arrived quickly and in the best condition possible. As we move out of the tricky period at the start of the year, with Brexit and Covid slowing down the mail services, we are hoping the shipping times should improve massively :). The Papergang Team

“What an absolute waste of money this is!!! The box came with an ugly orange sticker....which was not easy to come off & when it did, it took bits of the box with it!! Inside, the contents were shocking! Very poor quality items! I could have bought better at Home Bargains or Poundland! Very disappointed and very angry!!”

We're sorry to hear you did not like our Fish Friends box. It was a hugely popular box at the time, so much so that we made it available via our new, 'Pick your 1st box' service. We certainly take on board your feedback in regards to the label that seals the box shut during transit. There will almost certainly be a way to ensure those who would like to keep the box in perfect condition are given the option - we will go back to the drawing board. “What started as beautiful boxes have really sadly become poorly designed and totally missing the adult market.. ! I still feel they are worth what you pay but I can't see who these would appeal to in 3 out of 4 cases ... The major reason for the bad review is the terrible customer service .. you're not listening papergang .. its a real shame”

“Fabulous customer service and fabulous subscription - daughter loves having funky stationery! One thing we would love to see in future boxes is blank page notepads which allows for creative doodles and mind mapping revision notes. Thank you papergang!”

“I get excited when my box arrives once a month, and most of them have been really lovely (especially the Christmas Papio Press one), but a couple have had some repeated items, or been a little disappointing. I especially like the ones that have been designed by an illustrator (more of these, please), and have a good collection of gold stationery items now!”

“I love receiving my colourful box! I hope you don’t start sending the boxes in brown wrapping. For me receiving the colourful box is a nice part of the unique papergang experience. I can’t wait for my next delivery!”
