“Good quality items. Love the 'to do' type planners and note books. If I had to quibble I am not so keen on the more comic style of design, but that is just my age! Always look forward to receiving my box and discovering what is inside, and love always having that extra notebook etc on hand when I need one.”

“I've been a subscriber for a year and found the experience hit and miss. I have received all the issues, but October and November were very, very late. More than a month each. Also, my December package was very beaten up. Not enough to warrant a refund or replacement, but Canada Post should be held accountable. When I raised the issue with the company, they must of misunderstood my concern because their solution was for me to take a photo of my damaged materials before replacing. After one year subscription, you hit 75%. Not sure if that is good or bad, but I suggest more time be spent with customer's complaints and postal companies. Sheryl”

The feedback is extremely important to us as a small company, to enable us to improve and make changes as and where required. We're extremely sorry that two of your editions arrived late and any inconvenience this caused as a result. Unfortunately, with sending these internationally, from time to time there are factors which are out of our control which can impact transit times and as a result cause delays in the boxes being delivered. Please be assured we review our postal/courier services on a regular basis, to make sure we can give the best possible service to all our customers. The communication made with the team, it’s standard procedure for us to request images of any damages which have occurred to products before or during transit, so we can report these accordingly and act upon. “Honestly The past few boxes have been a bit childish for me, since I’m not a teenager but a woman with a passion for stationary. And also - the way the package carries through the delivery is not the best (there’s always a bump, tear, sticker or whatever... and none of the old boxes origami’s have been saved. But. It is all good as long as I get my papergang as monthly present from me to me :)”

The stuff they send, considering the price of the boxes, is actually just insane! Good quality and just sooo cute. “Papergang always brings me so much joy each month! I love getting home to find a box of stationery goodies waiting for me. As a self-confessed stationery addict, Papergang is the best way to fill my cravings without breaking the bank! I especially love how each month features a different artist so there’s always something for everyone to enjoy and, if that month’s not your style, a lot of the items make the perfect gift for friends and family!”

“I love these boxes! I’ve never gotten a box that disappointed me. They’re always beautiful, considerate of the environment and each box comes with something I would have never bought for myself but then makes my personal and work organisation so much easier. I’ve bought these as presents for friends and literally tell everyone that comments on my beautiful stationary at work that they have to subscribe because it’s a life changer! Don’t know how I lived without these boxes before”
