“I love Papergang's products! As an ex-pat, and in a pandemic, it means even more to regularly receive a little piece of British creativity, surprise, initiative, and can-do. A great mix of utility and imagination. AND these boxes fit into my Swedish letterbox!”

“I waited for some of the packages for a very long time, and some small items were missing a couple of times. Overall though, the box is super unique and beautiful, and I loved it most months. I keep about half of the items and give away the other half -- it's nice to always have some beautiful gifts for my friends, for various occasions :).”

“I can't wait to receive my Papergang box each month. It's like a small gift to myself, full of beautiful stationery (which you can never have too much of) and variety. The box is very reasonably priced for what's inside and if one month's design or content isn't your cup of tea, or you need to save your pennies, it's super easy to skip or pause your subscription. You're in complete control. I seriously love it!”

“The products are a lot of fun. However, the shipping delays really put me off. I didn’t get my August box until October. It was finally resent since it seems the first got lost. Customer service took quite some time to respond to emails and didn’t seem especially interested in rectifying the situation.”

Sadly, as you mentioned we did have delays with the August boxes being sent out due to some major delays with our suppliers of the boxes. August and September were very tricky times for couriers around the world. Thankfully, we do now appear to have returned to a level of normality. With the boxes being sent out on time. Neverthless, we're very sorry for the disappointment this has caused you. With regards to the speed at whcih our customer service team reponeded to your emails. I can see that there was one occasion in which they didn't respond promptly. It appears that this was due to your email not being pulled through to our email system straight away. I can assure you that this error has been fixed. We alwasy endevour to reply to all our customers emails within 24 hours. The Papergang Team

“Absolutely my most favourite thing ever! I love my subscription and really look forward to it each month. It's great value for money and I really like how each artist is showcased, makes the stationary more special. Best thing i've signed up to in years. Counting the days until the next box”

“I love the concept but lately I feel some lack of variety, I mean, the exactly same notebook but with different illustration... I would like to receive always different kind of products, different material, different size, different details, and it is very very disappointing to receive always the same things, i love when you innovate! that's the secret, and I really feel that you should work on this, more innovation! it is not because you are changing the artist that you are innovating. Food for though.”

“I am writing this on behalf of my daughter Holly. She absolutely loves receiving the boxes each month. I always get sent the preview via email but she insists on me not showing her as she loves the surprise. She’s 14 and like any teenager they love things like sticky notes and note pads, all of which she has received. Her particular favourite has been the metal straws.”

“Really makes my day opening the Papergang box every month! It’s a little gift to myself, I actually class this as self care :). I absolutely love stationery and patterns, and I love the idea of holding on to tactile things in this digital age, so this is such a treat for this self-confessed paper geek. The items are fun, with unique designs.”

“I enjoy most of the products but I have found the items quite repetitive - too many stickers, letter supplies. I like the notebooks/journals but i think a planner every 6 months should be enough. Also November seemed to be under the £14 value. I will probably unsubscribe after December.”

With regards to the planners we currently include three a year, each with four months worth of room so by the end of the year you have one full planner :).
