Hello Paula, Thank you for taking the time to send over your review. We're very sorry to hear that some of your boxes haven't arrived on time. Sadly, we have seen some delays this year due to a mixture of Brexit and the COVID-19 epidemic affecting the lead times for items arriving in the UK. However, we do now seem to be on the other side of this so lead times should return to normal going forward. Like the last couple of months. It's sad to hear you feel the products in the boxes aren't diverse enough. “I really like when the package is original and it includes different types of stationary. You designs are usually very nice and I like it. I am not big fan of having that many journals and note books, so it would be nice to receive this kind of stationary less then basically in every second or third box. I have so many journals/notepads and don't know what to do with it. I think your boxes should be more original within each month. There are so many different kind of stationaries (scissors, pens, pencils, sharpeners, markers, gell pens, sticky notes, stickers, stamps, ink pads..). I would really appreciate to have more variability in each box.”

“Some of the boxes are amazing and have great useful goodies in them. The designs are beautiful and these boxes are worth the money. Some months the boxes are not so good. They are not worth the money and the designer has made the minimal amount of effort.”

“Every box is a treat, full of nice stationery items with a new theme and design every month. Only thing I'm not a fan of are the planner books – being a stationery nerd I already have that covered with more advanced stuff :-) The shipping and customs fees to Sweden since Brexit have been awful, so we'll see how it turns out, because even if the boxes are great, they're not worth double the money after everything's paid.”

Hello Ann-Kristin, Thank you so much for your great review :). We're sorry to hear that the planners aren't the best fit for you. We currently do three a year with four months worth of pages each so all our subscribers can get a full year. Hopefully, the other products are a better fit. With regards to the customs fees, we're happy to confirm that all boxes sent out from the 1st October (so everything going forward) will be covered by our new IOSS shipping service. Meaning there won't be any extra charges going forward. The Papergang Team

“Fantastic artwork each month & a great selection of goodies. Haven't received anything that I do not like! Have always been kept in the loop with emails from customer service if there's a delivery issue or something has been held up! Always exciting to see what's inside. Keep up the great work”

“I love getting a monthly surprise of stationary. So colorful and such fun items. So why only four stars? Lots of notepaper but no envelopes. Lots of happy birthday cards but I could use other kinds. But hey I keep renewing because I love them.”

“I love getting my Papergang in the mail and settling down to discover what they made this time. It never disappoints. There have been some problems with the delivery, but the people at Papergang's customer service are true gems and have helped me out friendly and quickly.”

“I really do think the quality of the box is always very good. I've never had any issues with quality or missing items. However, the repetition between boxes is still an issue. Recently we received a daily planner which was the exact same as one a couple of boxes before but with a different cover. Lots of pencils as well. I subscribed to a year subscription but it's unlikely that I will renew. I do however think that the box is good and I have enjoyed receiving them.”

“The quality seems to have dipped recently. It has been frustrating with the delays as well, which is no fault of the company’s, but when you do receive it, it has not been worth the wait. It seems to be the same product each time as well, just with a different pattern, so now I have loads of pencils that I won’t use, sticky notes that don’t stick and notebooks which are too small for what I need.”

“Just love it. Just the concept of getting a gift every month, but also the content...so Detail oriented and thoughtful put together! My little sister is just 10 and loves the boxes as well! You should totally expand with Kids boxes, the'd love it!”
