“The box are amazing and it’s really exciting to receive it every single time. The downside of the membership, is that unfortunately being an international customer (living in Italy) I find myself many times reaching assistance team to locate my box and twice they had to send me a new one… I would recommend to evaluate the international shipping company. Other than that I love it!”

“Receiving a monthly parcel with some of the loveliest creations is my little piece of heaven. Customer service is very good. In one instance I did not receive my parcel and the solution was very good. It is not the cheapest goodiebox, but most of the items are very well sought out.”

“It is always a pleasure to open my papergang box. Some boxes are less furnished than others but overall I’ve been satisfied with everything. I haven’t used all the stuff I’ve received so far and I’m not sure if i will (some things are very specific, or some pens don’t always work smoothly). Sometimes I thinks the materials seem cheaper than what I paid for it but after all it is part of the experience. I’m happy with my boxes so far. I’m keeping my subscription as long as I enjoy the content of the boxes.”

“I am amazed of the products! I am also very happy to inform that the afterservice is also brilliant. Also I am happy to let know that the packages do arive a mobth later at the normal Postbox in Namibia if send via Fedex. I am super happy and feel spoilt and special everytime I receive a package.”

“Everything is nearly perfect. I love the monthly surprise boxes with lots of useful content. I would also like to highlight the helpful and incredibly friendly support! The only downside: Almost every month a notebook, that’s a bit much and I often give away some of it.”

We have now just moved this into an email that is sent out around the end of each month as opposed to having it on our social media accounts - for the subscribers who want the boxes to remain a surprise. “I cannot stress enough how I love Papergang. The idea of stationery subscription is an awsome concept. Every month I get very excited that I am waiting for something new. The quality of every package is premium. There are no misses, even though I do not find the application of every bit. The only thing is that the shipping is terrible. I had so many issues with it. It is not the Papergang/OhhDeer fault, but my National Posts'. However the Papergang Team always was very helpful. Despite this issue 5/5 stars!”
