“Love papergang, have been in it since the very beginning. I love the variety of things that are sent and the styles and collabs. The only issue is the post it notes. They do not stick. And they leave behind a sticky residue. So whilst they are great styles and patterns, I can't actually use them because they come straight off!”

“A very well put together selection of stationery which is always of the highest quality. I look forward to receiving my box each month as there is always something different and I just love a notebook and pen so am very happy to get them regularly. A few pencils and a rubber would not go amiss once in a while”

“I love this box and I usually like the designs. The box is now a bit more expensive but you get the same amount of stationery, that's why I give you 4 stars instead of 5.”

“I love stationary so I loved subscribing to this box every month!! I can’t wait and often watch the reveals before I get my box but I still love getting it all! I use everything that I get and it’s like a little treat every month for me!!”

“Love this subscription! ❤️ The products all have great quality, they send a different range of things in every box and the designs are all amazing! Also love the fact that it comes with information of every artist in a mini interview. I’ve also talked with the customer service a couple of times and they’re always super very nice and answer super quick! 😊 Highly recommend them!”

“Totally waste of money. Clicked to pay 7.00 they took 21 ..promised refund , but then just continued to renew ! What don’t they understand . Pretty sure the comments are fake”

We can confirm the payment taken has been discussed in great detail via email with the team and has since been resolved in full, with a refund being issued. The unexpected payment amount which was taken, was due to subscribing to the service twice. So there was the initial £7 along with the £14 for the second box purchased. “Appalling customer service. Item arrived damaged and open in a Royal Mail bag apologising. Company wanted me to pay for postage to return item.”
