“Fantastic service! The original order, which was for a birthday present, arrived very quickly. When the youngster opened it on his birthday it was too big. Having lost the order number, I contacted Parade who couldn’t have been more helpful. They found the order number and even sent a free returns label and will exchange the item at no cost. Brilliant customer service, and many of our public and private sector people could learn a lot from this. Well done Parade.”
