Hi Andrew, Sorry to hear about the incorrect wood stain. We can't always guarantee the precise colour due to the way the products are sold in-store and how they are reflected online. Regarding your point that you contacted us and not had a response. We did get your email and we responded 15 mins later. However, we can see that our email hasn't been read.
