“Customer service was very good however may need to look at how they package skateboards though as the package was very ripped all the way down to the skateboard, however the skateboard inside wasn't damaged.”

“Tolle Schuhe, sehr schnell verschickt und gute Kommunikation. Leider wurden die Schuhe nicht double boxed, sondern nur in einer Plastiktüte verschickt. Dadurch wurde der Schuhkarton zerstört. Für einen Sammler wie mich sehr schade...”

“Everything was fine so far. only thing was that the shoes was send only with a plastic bag over the shoe box so the shoe box was damage. All other things was great.”

“The board was the wrong color, I ordered a purple "Sorcery Survival" deck with a blue top but I got an orange version with a purple top. In the end, i decided to keep it so i could skate but it did hinder a 5 star review. I got it in 3 or 4 days, not bad at all. Good price, great products. I hope next time I get the right color though.”

Hi Aaron, Thank you for the feedback. Apologies about the wood stain. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee the correct colour stain due to the way the boards are supplied and sold. Due to your feedback, we are now going to inform customers of this face and should they want a specific colour, then we will attemp to track one down. “I only say 4 because, for my fault, I did not pick the accurate size for my shoe... ... again my fault, hopefully I can quickly return item for the correct size.... ... hopefully...”

“Parade found what I need and in my size when it was not found anywhere else. I got my shoes in 4 days after I ordered them which is amazing. The only thing I question is wheres my second set of shoe laces? I have 3 pairs of these same shoes and this is the only pair that did not include a second set? All in all, highly recommended and will tell friends about Parade.”
