Hi Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I have looked into your communication with our team and I can see that you ordered a US men's 7.5 shoes and this was what was delivered. Unless otherwise stated all shoes on our website are in men's size, and we provide size guides to help with this. This is why we were not able to cover the return cost on this occasion. I can also see that your refund has been processed back to the card used to make the purchase and a confirmation email was also sent.
