“I must admit after reading some of these reviews i had my doubts and voiced my opinion in your live chat but there was no problem the tracking was a bit late due to the fact the parcel was going through a number of border on its way to bulgaria and the heavy snow cant have helped but it was one day late i call that brilliant i was really surprised it arrived at the door thankyou i will be using you again”

“im shocked to read all of the other reviews left on here, i always use parcel2go to delivery from uk to greece, often multiple parcels at a time. in my opinion ups and dpd provide the best service to my location. ive never had one issue i've used them for years and i can always track my parcels too!”

“Dropped parcel off on Wednesday night from UK, arrived in Poland (at a very rural address) the next Monday. Was able to track the parcel at each stage. We posted a few letters to the same address by royal mail; it took five weeks!! Excellent service, would totally recommend.”

Hi, Sorry to hear you’ve had a poor experience with your delivery. We do everything possible to ensure that the couriers we work with are as effective as possible, so naturally it’s disappointing to hear stories like yours. I have located the order from the reference provided. When looking at this, the order was collected on the day dropped off and delivered the following day to the customer, as per service booked. “I arranged for Parcel2Go to take a Golden Wedding present to my friends on Coochimudlo Island off the coast of Brisbane, Australia. Every day I was able to track the parcel and it arrived on the date forecast by P2G, which is today 4th. I am very impressed with the efficient way its delivery was dealt with. thank you H M Abbott”
