They took 2 weeks to collect my parcel, then subsequently lost it, then told me that's the end of the matter. It was a returns item which I lost the value of. They claim it's in their T&Cs that they can lose parcels without consequence, unless you pay them £4.50 to not lose it.
You won't be entitled to Evri/other standard protection if you go through them. Book direct and DO NOT USE.

I had to contact this company David Davis
ParcelCompare Escalation Team, for them to tell me that the goods failed an x-ray so they have been returned back to me, also “ All returns are chargeable as per our terms and conditions because the carrier applied the return fee to our account hence we have no other choice than to forward the charges to you.
”
