Parcel compare sent the wrong information to customs causing received to be charged incorrectly. Will not admit fault and will not refund. Passing the buck and not dealing with the problem. I paid them for a service, they failed to deliver

Most awful service. No telephone. Delayed responses. Took r weeks to actually tell me why parcel to thailand was stopped. Don't take responsibility for parcel and no professionalism. Totally waste I would not use them. The insurance does not cover abandonment and loss of good. Please be aware of this service. I will never use again.

Lastly, their service of claiming damage is worse because they are asking questions like is the shipment still where it was dropped and they can't proceed because it's not in the same place.
