“Worst company to deal with. Was expecting a very big parcel, took the day off to be at home and then they never came. Not only this but they lied about coming to my place: I received this "We attempted to deliver your parcel on Thursday 14th November 2024 at 15:53 but no one was available. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next." I was all day in and no ring was heard. I noticed this approximately 10min after the driver was left but the company could not do anything to inform the driver I was home. Rubbish. The guy that send this paid 170£ for this service. Absolute rubbish and liers”
“I had an awful experience with Parcelforce. The driver failed to show up on the scheduled date and time, and there was no way to contact them. When I called the Parcelforce office, the receptionist didn't offer any assistance and merely said, "Good luck chasing it!" I felt like my time was wasted waiting for a delivery that never came.
The next day, I saw that my order had been reloaded onto the van and marked out for delivery. However, the live tracker was unhelpful; it showed the van parked in a nearby area for hours, moving a short distance and then remaining stationary again. By the end of the day, I still had not received my delivery.
I really question why companies continue to use Parcelforce, as they are unreliable and frustrating to deal with.I had an awful experience with Parcelforce.”
“bought a phone for my mom as a birthday present. She lives in Latvia. I went to the Royal Mail post office and paid £63 to ensure the phone would reach my mom quickly and safely. A whole month later, my mom received an empty box.
I contacted the Latvian post to ask for details, and they sent me an official letter clearly stating that my parcel arrived in Latvia weighing 200 grams less than it was when it was sent from the UK. I filed an official complaint and received an email from the claims team rejecting my claim because they didn't believe it, completely ignoring the fact that my parcel arrived at the Latvian border with a different weight.
So what I have now is a £363 loss, the stress and massive frustration of a 74-year-old woman, and an endless wait for some sort of investigation. All of this is because of the company I trusted to send my parcel.
If you're deciding which courier to use, please think twice before choosing this one. Even if you pay extra for supposed security, you are unfortunately not covered if your parcel goes missing.”
“This is company for scammers , I had a very pathetic experience, neither my parcel been delivered nor the claim amount paid, I booked a large size trolley from UK to India , after a week I have seen in tracker the parcel ( so called) been reached to destination country and it remain same till last day , nothing changed , I tried track down further but nothing. I have lost my most valuable things on that, claim amount also not paid fully , they have taken atleast a month or to pay the same . Do not want to give a star too . Please avoid. And share it to others .”
“I'm a disabled pensioner I couldn't get to the door ar seven in the morning, so it was sent to a post office which I'm unable to access so arrange a redelivery. Should have arrived today but i have just received a phone call saying it will not be delivered for another five day it happens to be a piece of medical equipment . It's a good job it's not life and death.”
“Absolutely appalling. My GlobalExpress parcel sent to the Czech Republic, promised to be delivered "from the next working day to USA, Canada and Europe", did not even leave the UK for 10 days!!! Extremely unhelpful customer service. Never again.”
“Further to my previous review, MD of parcelforce now replied, terribly sorry but nothing they can do. My daughter has now contacted t k max... parcelforce should refund them the £6.99 and then the maxx pass it onto my daughter. I'll keep you updated”
“They did not deliver my parcel on the scheduled time. Further, they lied that they attempted delivery and left a card which I can take to the local post office to collect the parcel. There never was any card through my door. And postoffice said they have not received any parcel for me”
“They told my daughter online last Wednesday there was a problem with her address on a parcel from TL Maxx. She rang them and they confirmed her address was fine. They came back Thursday when she was at work at the office (she was at home Wednesday). Threw parcel over fence, broke a bottle of hand-wash that leaked all over the box of an Xmas present she had bought so that's ruined. She's contacted parcelforce, not interested. She is now emailing the MD of parcelforce. If they hadn't lied and said her address was wrong on Wednesday she would have been in to take delivery.”
“Their driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Neither Parcelforce's customer support nor I know where it is. There's a photo of a person signing for it. It's not me. I'm frustrated and sad at the same time. The consignment has travelled from Japan only for that moron that skipped school not to do his job right. He had one job. One. Fire him right away. Also, find my parcel, please.”
“Parcelforce I avoid like the plague but receiving from overseas is beyond my control. They often can’t reach me (last on a run) then return to the depot. They then don’t have the staff to deliver the next day….& so the saga continues. CS is non existent. THE worst logistics company in the UK by a country mile.”
“The company brought me a damaged package, they stole most of the things, more than 40 pieces of clothes were stolen from the package, the customer service is terrible, no desire to help, they don't even feel guilty, thieves work there, it's a shame to treat customers like this, where we trusted you that our package will be delivered safely, I sound this case wherever I can, in all social media how this company treats customers and protects thieves, I hope that no one will use this company again, I advise against”
“If I could give zero, I would! Sometimes, you can make use of common sense… I left a note right at front door to kindly leave the parcel at the front door ( in case I could be in the bathroom, etc). But the grumpy delivery man just banged and banged the door that you would think something is between life and death situation. I knocked by the window to signal to him that I got it, that it’s ok to leave it there. But then he shouted back to say they can’t leave a parcel. Technically, I’m going to get it in a split second, I’ve seen you, you’ve seen me…the parcel doesn’t even need a signature…the box is as light as a feather = 3 pairs of socks. And yet, for far more important parcels, they just pretend attempted delivery… Please, do business with delivery companies, that gives you option to leave in a safe place or as per the customer's instruction. We can’t be waiting and watching for the parcel force delivery man at the door all day long!!! We are not all friends with our neighbours!!! And it’s an unnecessary hassle to collect your parcel at post office when delivery is at your home address. Please. 🙄”
“Businesses please stop using this rogue delivery firm. In my case they didn’t even bother to try to deliver - the status just went from ‘out for delivery’ to ‘at the depot’. Businesses should be aware that if they say they use parcelforce for delivery many of us will just choose to buy from someone that doesn’t. Why bother to spend your money on something to just become a farcical hassle.”
“If I could I would give it zero star. Was sitting at home in my flat all day to wait for my delivery however got an email notification that they tried but I wasn’t at home. I live in a flat so they just cannot be bothered to ring up or knock on the door.”
“We paid for a parcel to reach a customer within a week. It's been four weeks and it still isn't there! What's even worse is the customer service rep didn't care or apologise for the abysmal service. They just said "Yeah, there are no guarantees for delivery". Perhaps not for an exact week but for it to be FOUR weeks late and still not there is appalling. I will not be using them again.”
“Had a parcel sent through Parcelforce. It’s had one scan when it was collected and nothing since, when I spoke to someone on the Parcelforce live chat team, I was told that it wasn’t scanned by them, when the only 2 options are Royal Mail and themselves. They’re useless and completely pointless having a tracking number as you can’t even use it when you get given one”
“I arranged a collection for two parcels on 20th September, which were prepared and left at the hotel reception. As I had to leave, I trusted that the collection would take place as scheduled. Unfortunately, despite rearranging the collection six times and repeatedly contacting customer support, the parcels are still not collected.
I paid £90 for this service, yet the driver claimed the parcels weren't there. It seems they couldn't be bothered to either check the reception, where the parcels clearly were, or even call the phone number provided for assistance. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, with very poor organization on their end. Customer support has left instructions for the driver, yet every day they claim the parcels aren't ready for collection. My issue remains unresolved.
This level of service is simply unacceptable.”
