Helyi posta nem is látta a csomagomat ezért kell kivennem szabadságot, hogy másnap egésznap várjam a futárt. Nagyon hanyag nem törődöm cég. Nem is értem hogy működhet ilyen trehány hanyag cég. “Terrible service. Ordered something from Germany. Wondered where it was and found an attempted delivery had been made but like many others here there was no card left. Therefore not able to reschedule delivery so wrote to them to be advised that the item had left the UK to be returned to sender. Out of pocket, no item and it remains to be seen whether this will be rectified. Why is the UK postal service such a shambles? So poor.”
“I was given a time window for Medical equipment to be delivered. I stayed in at the time that was stated and then I received a text message to say that a delivery had been attempted and yet there was no one in to receive. This is a complete lie. Also, I didn’t receive a card so I don’t even know when it will be re-delivered or anything else. Just ridiculous.”
“Absolute rubbish. I have been waiting in ESPECIALLY for a parcel which was supposed to be delivered between 12:20 and 13:20. I get a text at 13:50 saying "We tried to deliver your parcel at 13:40" which is absolute total and utter rubbish. The bell never went. “Got a text saying parcelforce would deliver between 10.16/11.16 rang them at 6pm as not arrived oh there is a 6hr delay but would be delivered before 7pm who are you trying to kid parcelforce.”

“The multiple reviews on here can't be wrong and mine confirms the garbage service. Delivery due between a 1 hour slot. Somebody was in waiting, nobody attempted delivery yet a short while later there's a text to say delivery was attempted and nobody was in to receive it. What a bunch of liars this company must employ. Not the first time this has happened for me. Another delivery earlier this week where someone was in was left in a garden waste bin. No attempt to knock on the door was made and the text said left in a safe place. No other delivery company offers such consistently awful service.”

“Day 1 and 2 tried to deliver parcel no one was home so didn't bother leaving it in a safe place and didn't leave a card. Day 3 nothing had to phone up and they where expecting me to collect from exeter which is far away so had to rearrange delivery told me they wont leave it and so.settled on a post office and told them what one. Day 4 they didn't bother to even try deliver it didn't leave a card told me it was taken to the post office. Day 5 I went to the post office just to be told it wasn't there so wasted more time phoned them yet again to find out where it was as I still wasn't told on tracking or by card. Day 6 I finally get my parcel but not before I had to pay additional fees that even the post office worker couldn't understand why. This parcel was ment to be next day delivery and it basically took a week.”

Phoned Birmingham depot where it's at.They said it was there but had wrong postcode on it but right name.
Contacted son in USA he had put right address and post code on.

“I’ve been waiting in my home for three days for a delivery of a parcel. Each day upon inquiry I read the deliverer could not deliver due to there was no one at home to receive the parcel, claiming they left an Parcel Force official calling card. They didn’t! This is day three, I was informed I would receive my parcel by 14:40 latest. It’s now 15:20. Called the local depot. Whoever took my call was stroppy, arrogant & belligerent. He now tells me I should have it by 6pm. Three days waiting in in case I missed the delivery. Unacceptable service & no recourse to any financial compensation.”
“Parcel force is one of the crappiest company's I've dealt with my ghd straightener has been going round in circles since December 2024. I took 2 days off from work to wait In for my delivery to be told I was not in at the time they attempted absolute nonsense never heard anything like it. Luckily for me I have cctv and the footage is clearly showing the driver coming tapping my neighbours door and walking of after 2 seconds. The most pooh company ever!!!”
“The driver didn't come to collect the parcel however he reported that the sender wasn't at the home. The customer service centre told me that she arranged the collection however as I didn't receive the confirmation message so I contacted once again and revealed that the arrangement wasn't made. The biggest cheat from this company that the customer service agent suggested the compensation of £5, and just after the chat, she send me the email saying that she can't do the compensation. £5 compensation is nothing as a amount, they even cheat this small amount, I can see how untrustable this company is. this is the worst company I have ever deal with. disappointed.”
