“Scammers! They said they delivered the package and that I signed it, but I did not! The delivery driver most likely stole my package and the company is not helping.”
“There's a pattern here, clearly - same issue, they faked an "attempted delivery". In reality, two people were at home, no one came, no door bell, no card left, just a driver who couldn't be bothered to do the delivery on a Friday and lied.
I will be avoiding every company who uses them for delivery from now on. Absolutely abysmal service, they shouldn't exist.”
“Very poor service. I ordered stuff from Tkmaxx and no contact from this transport company till the day of delivery which of course I wasn't AT home as I DID NOT RECEIEVE ANYTHING till an hour before delivery. Avoid. There is no email to the company or anything!”
“they lie about attempted deliveries. Whenever they feel like they cba to pull up, they will fake an attempted delivery and update the tracking to "delivery attempted but noone at home". Very unreliable, don't expect your parcel to come on the date you were promised. People have waited a week on a promised next day delivery just to eventually collect the parcel themselves at a depot. All because they driver didnt feel like pulling up on the day. I initially ignored these reviews but regretted now that I have been played by this incompetence. Paid extra and booked day off just to get the message "delivery attempted but no one at home"”
“Parcel force is worse than Evri/ Hermes or any other parcel delivery unit. Paid for 24 hour tracking it is now 48 hours since it left our local post office and is still not been delivered. Whats the point ?”
“Usually they're OK but twice in the last ten days - mid march 2025 - the tracking system has stalled and a 48hr delivery took a week . And they delivered one parcel to the wrong address and the photo was of a different parcel .
So 90% fine , 10% disaster.”
“If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I received a text claiming that the driver had attended my address—this is simply not true. My front door opens directly into my front room, where I spent the entire day waiting for my parcel. Not a single card was left.
When I called the contact center, I was told I would have to pay £12 for Saturday delivery since I can't afford to take more time off work to wait for a weekday delivery. This is unacceptable! Avoid this service at all costs!”
“Delivery was due 17/03/2025 between 17.15 and 18.15, I was sat in the house, then received a message to say tried to deliver but no one available, this is so untrue, they didn’t even ring the security doorbell, disgusted. Now had to reschedule delivery, very poor service”

Delivery supposed to be next day. Waited in all day today and no delivery.

“Parcel force I have had 2 bad experiences with them, they drop parcels at the post office without attempting redelivery to the same address, I even updated my redelivery on the website and called a customer service that my parcel is not meant to be out today but it should be delivered at my house address and not the post office, they don't even offer drop at safe space option, I have cried today as I have mobility issues.”
“Awful service, tried to deliver twice but didn't leave a card, the website kept crashing and it didn't recognise my tracking number. I called customer service and was cut off after 45 minutes in a queue, tried again for another hour and it cut me off saying the office is now closed. Called them again the next day and got through to a very rude advisor in a foreign call centre who just couldn't care less and tried to fob me off with it being out for a third delivery attempt on a Saturday! I finally drove 10 miles to the local parcel force depot and picked up my parcel after 30 minutes of searching. I don't really have an issue with the delivery drivers or the depot staff, it's the customer service department, they've become truly awful. It's so sad to see a decent business head the same was as Evri, I'm not sure I'll be sending parcels via parcel force any more.”

I called 4 times already as they kept “attempting” to deliver my parcel, when in fact no one has ever knocked at my door, called me to inform me that they are coming to deliver it now, and not even left a card as they claimed. Since 19/02/2025 till 25/02/2025 they are telling me they have been trying to deliver my parcel everyday, but I was not home to open. Ridiculous service! I called to tell them this and asked to leave my parcel at the local post office so this charade finishes, however they “tried” to deliver to my home address again when I clearly requested not to have this again.
If you can, avoid at all costs!”
“Extremely poor service and frustrating experience. Delivery slot was 10 to 11am. ‘Tracking Service’ (useless) displayed drivers location on a map. By 3pm no delivery. ‘Tracking Service’ (useless) had not been update and link to map had been removed.
Sent message to Parcel Farce requesting update and received auto response that they’ll try to respond within 2 days.
At 4.23pm received SMS that delivery had been attempted 20 minutes earlier but no one was in. I’ve been in all day waiting on this delivery also my wife and her friend were in at this time. NO CARD LEFT.
Disappointed, yet again, by Parcel Force. I hope companies switch to a decent carrier, or even half decent would be an improvement.
I will try to avoid buying from companies using them for deliveries.”
“Awful service. I had a missed delivery and arranged redelivery for 13th Feb and was given a redelivery number. When the parcel did not arrive I tried to chase it up but got absolutely nowhere. I was relieved to find my parcel was still at the post office today, 22nd Feb, even though according to Parcelforce it would only be held for 7 days. They had made no attempt whatsoever to redeliver.”
“Nem az első alkalom, hogy SMS értesítés után a utcánkba sem jönnek de küldik az üzenetet megkísérelt kézbesítésről, kézbesítési kártyát sem hagyva. Helyi posta nem is látta a csomagomat ezért kell kivennem szabadságot, hogy másnap egésznap várjam a futárt. Nagyon hanyag nem törődöm cég. Nem is értem hogy működhet ilyen trehány hanyag cég. Meg kellene szüntetni vagy lecserélni a dolgozókat. Ha valaha is szeretnének fejlődni akkor változtatni kellene ezen. Elkeserítő nagyon. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”
