Everything went wrong. Bought a phone from EE,got lost in transit(parcel force Newport depot). Got the refund. Ordered another one and they lost it again. Clearly there's a thief in that depot. The worst useless company in the UK.😡

I am so fed up with the lack of customer service. I have a parcel that must go on Parcelforce not royal mail due to its length. Parcelforce did not turn up but my local postman did and he can't take it as it's too big, which is fair enough. So, I try to speak to Parcelforce customer service and after going through a torturous automated system finally get put in the 50minute queue to speak to someone. Guess what after 15 minutes I get cut off. I can't be bothered to go through this again so will have to go to the depot and drop it off. Totally useless and it's not the fault of the operatives it is the management that have messed this up.

I am very disappointed with Parcelforce. For order PFW11212652, a £32 Large Package surcharge was applied incorrectly. They recorded the parcel as 163 × 47 × 58 cm, but we only use a standard box 120 × 30 × 30 cm. This mistake caused unnecessary costs and makes the service feel unreliable. I hope Parcelforce improves their accuracy and customer service.

Parcel was supposed to be here yesterday 16/9/25 still hasn't arrived. Parcel was a timed morning delivery. What complete waste of time this company is. Personally I would never use Parcelforce they are rubbish.

The reason for having the ability to track an item is to help receive delivery. On several occasions its turned up before the tracking says its out for delivery, which had required a delayed delivery as no one was home to receive it 😢

Parcel stuck in limbo, once figuring out the absurd way of contacting an advisor and waiting an hour and a half I was told rather rudely and shortly they could not assisst nor was there any department that could assisst my issue, rep then got very curt started talking over me repeating the same 3 lines when asked to escalate she pointed to the complaints portion of the site and hung up. Utterly disgusting customer service especially since this takeover.

Sender used Parcelforce 24 to send my package. 4 weeks later it still hasn't arrived !!! He launched an enquiry which they are supposed to respond to within 48hrs, no reply from them yet either. I called a customer support agent (on hold for over an hour) to be told they don't know where the parcel is !!!! My advice .... DO NOT USE Parcel Force !!!! It may or may nor arrive ..... if it doesn't, the tracking number means nothing !!!!! Use Parcel to Go and find a small Independant delivery company if you want piece of mind. Royal Mail & PArcel force are not what they used to be !!!!

Dreadful. Held an item for nearly two weeks despite paying the requested customs charge. They still can’t even tell me why nobody has put my parcel back into circulation in order for it to be delivered. 5 members of staff I’ve spoken to and not one of them has been able to actually help

An International parcel was sent to me from China. Customs and handling was paid on the 1st Sep and was, according to Parcelforce, be delivered on the 3rd. after 5 phone calls, each call an hour waiting time, for someone to talk. After finally getting through to an adviser said she would escalated to a supervise who was going to give me a call that day. 3 days later and that phone call never came. Its now 9 days late. I wouldn't trust them to deliver so be aware.

Their merger with Royal Mail will most likely be the end for both companies. As someone who uses them at my place of work I would recommend to anyone to stay well clear, we will be using someone else from next week onwards. Shame as Parcelforce were not too bad for several years.

Parcelforce lost my Parcels and they issued 2 cheques for me then they stopped cashing the cheques. I had to enquire about it with the bank till i knew it is farcelforce and i was in Circle then i sent them emails and told me they gonna send the buyer the refund and they never said any thing before and it is me who sent the item and i had to resend another. Parcelforce didn't issue the Cheque. Parcel force was a scam losing my Parcels and issuing cheques and stopping them I don't taccomand them.Parcel Force is very low service.ParcelForce is dishonest and Not Trustworthy. You will n't find a proper service to help you with ParcelForce.i don't raccomand to use their service.

Can not believe the stress they’ve put me through! I ordered something from France for a friend, it got to the UK no problem, then it arrived at Parceforce depot, they attempted to deliver twice, leaving a card, tried calling the number numerous times, was left hanging for hours (no exaggeration) didn’t get to speak to anyone, told over and over to go to their website and book a redelivery, which I did 3 times, to be safe, redirected to my post office. Nothing, except when I check tracking, there’s a photo of a random parcel, at a random front door, signed by complete stranger! 2 weeks since first delivery attempt and I get a letter saying they have a parcel held at depot 40 min drive from me, and to call to arrange redelivery!! No answer, so I drive up there in the pouring rain, where a lady handed me my parcel within 2 mins, like she had it ready! No explanation, nothing… Photos show random large parcel, and then actual small parcel that they attempted to deliver.

Really bad courier please avoid at all cost. Your mental health will go down. Playing cat and mouse the entire time trying to get the parcel force driver. Sometimes it delivers i m not home sometimes i m home it says the courier came but that a lie i was home all day. I told them to deliver to the nearby post office they keep delivering at my adress. Worse i try to reach them by phone after 2 hours no one even my granma is faster at replying . complete waste of money and time please avoid at all cost

If I had the option I would not have given them even one star... you can never get through to questions their incompetency because there are so many people on lines complaining. A parcel should have been delivered in the middle of last week and still waiting. They leave you waiting for five hours daily as if you have nothing better to do and then arrive out of the blue when you have stepped away for 10 minutes. There were clear instructions on the door to leave it as it was a cardboard box for a laptop to be returned and there was no need for a signature. The bloke just ignored it... he left two cards with no details whatsoever or any time he arrived Ref: PBZR2388194001

Parcelforce, do something about your rubbish service. 11/08/2025 several identical parcels were dispatched around the world from Portland, Oregon, USA. Germany have theirs. Australia have had theirs. Mine? Since 20/08/2025 it has been stuck in Tonbridge Depot. I have not received a note or bill for the customs charge. Without the 17 digit number I cannot pay charge. You will not release my parcel until I pay the charge. My experience is very similar to previous reviewer below. So what is going wrong and do you intend to fix it? My son has had a parcel from US ordered since, and delivered no problem from a company that uses APC and not your terrible company as the end deliverer. None of the options with your chatbot are for "I don't have the 17 digit number". No one answers your phone. So I am about to visit your depot, it's only 40 miles away.

Absolute shambles of a company, they loose parcels, damage parcels lie to customers about their deliveries. Their customer care is none existent staffed by rude, thick cretins!, a totally useless pile of shxx, same goes Royal Fail !!.

I have stock sitting in a parcelforce depot waiting for a customs charge to be paid. I can only pay the customs charge if I have the 17 digit reference number on the letter that I have not received. Even though they emailed me to say that the parcel was in the UK they decided to send the customs letter by actual post. The email they sent me is a noreply email and I have wasted probably 3 hours over this week on hold trying to get through to the help line. IF the customs bill is not paid within so many days they will send the parcel back to Germany. All I need is the 17 digit reference number and a copy of the invoice - this shouldn't be so difficult. Also if your phone lines are so busy - offer an alternative means of getting in touch.

I have far better things to od than spend over 1 hr on trying to contact their help desk , the IVR messages are pointless. I have paid the customs duty on my parcel and it is still showing awaiting payment yet the email when I paid said delivery today Thu 28 Aug. With the wrong address on it , when I eventually got through on 03457740740 I confirmed the correct delivery address, however it has not arrived ref XXXXXXXXXX, so I am now on the phone again ( 48 min and counting) trying to get through, this parcel if from France a major part of a motorcycle worth over £200 .
