“My parcel from USA landed in London on the 17th December .Then was sent to San Francisco.Then to Melbourne Australia.Then back to UK 1st January.
Phoned Birmingham depot where it's at.They said it was there but had wrong postcode on it but right name.
Contacted son in USA he had put right address and post code on.

“I’ve been waiting in my home for three days for a delivery of a parcel. Each day upon inquiry I read the deliverer could not deliver due to there was no one at home to receive the parcel, claiming they left an Parcel Force official calling card. They didn’t! This is day three, I was informed I would receive my parcel by 14:40 latest. It’s now 15:20. Called the local depot. Whoever took my call was stroppy, arrogant & belligerent. He now tells me I should have it by 6pm. Three days waiting in in case I missed the delivery. Unacceptable service & no recourse to any financial compensation.”
“Parcel force is one of the crappiest company's I've dealt with my ghd straightener has been going round in circles since December 2024. I took 2 days off from work to wait In for my delivery to be told I was not in at the time they attempted absolute nonsense never heard anything like it. Luckily for me I have cctv and the footage is clearly showing the driver coming tapping my neighbours door and walking of after 2 seconds. The most pooh company ever!!!”
“The driver didn't come to collect the parcel however he reported that the sender wasn't at the home. The customer service centre told me that she arranged the collection however as I didn't receive the confirmation message so I contacted once again and revealed that the arrangement wasn't made. The biggest cheat from this company that the customer service agent suggested the compensation of £5, and just after the chat, she send me the email saying that she can't do the compensation. £5 compensation is nothing as a amount, they even cheat this small amount, I can see how untrustable this company is. this is the worst company I have ever deal with. disappointed.”
“Parcel collected on 30,/12/2024, said out for delivery on 6/1/2025 slot was between 15.52 and 16.52, no attempt made to deliver and driver was back at depot at 16.58, tracking then stated Addressee had requested a new delivery address, that's an absolute lie! No card was left, Parcel now out for delivery again (7/1) the live tracking map doesn't update, this company are the absolute pants supposed to be 48hr service.”

“It feels wrong to state a company deserves to go under, but in this case ..
Attempted delivery of our parcel yesterday, but had made no contact whatsoever so we had no idea that the parcel was even en route. As a consequence they left a card stating they would reattempt delivery today, so we waited in all day. Delivery time was updated at 2pm, and stated due between 5 and 6pm. No parcel arrived. Checked tracking at 6 pm, which stated delivery had been attempted at 4.15 but that no one was home ! An absolute lie! They did not even leave card today, so I do not believe they even attempted delivery. The phone line is totally appalling, not one single option allows you, as an individual customer, to speak to an advisor on the phone. The only way to submit a complaint is via their website. I have no idea why any business would choose Parcelforce to deliver their goods? It feels like every service we pay for here in the UK is being degraded to the most minimal, hopeless and dismal that companies can get away with. How to turn around this cycle of ever diminishing customer service now ?”

There was no attempt to deliver it and no card either, this is not the first time, it has happened every single time (nine times) they are absolutely f**king useless, the driver today is a mental retard named Steve, well Steve, you're nothing but a waste of space and fresh air.”
“I will not recommend, my parcel was delivered by parcelforce driver damaged from Nigeria, I refused to open/collect the parcel which was taken back, after a few days I tried getting in touch with their team, I was told because I am the receiver, that I can't get a refund from them. It has been months now, I have contacted the agent in Nigeria and up till now nothing is done about it.”
“Parcel Force are hopeless. Almost every delivery from them, I am at home waiting for them to appear when I get a message to say that delivery was attempted and that a card had been put through the door. Guess what? No card!
It's so frustrating as I have no control over choosing the courier from certain suppliers.

“Utterly useless. I booked a delivery 4 days in advance for a specific day (not even a specific time) and when I called on the day, apparently the parcel had not left the depot and could not be delivered on the day. I had taken leave for this. More galling that their website stated “all deliveries are operating smoothly today and there are no delays!” And worse still, they customer services agent would not put me through to her supervisor who could only call back in 5 days!!! THE MOST USELESS COURIER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST”
“I have evidence that I was due a delivery today from Friday… so we prepare for today. The tracking says it’s been in the depot all day.. it said it was out for delivery.. then it said it’s being allocated a route.. but it was out for delivery a second ago. Then it states that it has just arrived at the depot at 7.45 pm but this morning it was at the depot and out for delivery. I am highly concerned for my parcel. I will seek compensation for this as we planned from Friday when told it’s coming Monday.. for them to cancel at 11 with continuous contradictory updates. I am worried about my parcel lying around like rubbish. Any damage will be sought after in a claim.”
“Paid for 24hour delivery for headlight on my car.Had to get a ferry on Sunday 15th Dec. This should have been with me sat 14th.Had to cancel ferry £300 So far lost two days of holiday and a lot of money.”
