“Still waiting for a parcel that I should have received yesterday. I paid £5 to have the parcel delivered as it saved me a 25-mile round trip to pick it up and petrol would have cost me not far of the £5. I wish I had just collected the thing, three days and counting for a parcel to be delivered only 12 miles, it arrived at the delivery hub this morning, that is about 3 miles from the source.”
“I recently sent a painting over to France, paid a whopping £50 for it to be delivered on time. 9 days later it’s still in the depot and I’ve lost the opportunity to be in a gallery and a good few hundred pounds cause they couldn’t be bothered sending it on time.

All locations I viewed online, I’m so surprised because I thought how they manage it in India because main traffic is really high there. Today they delivered it to my house without any issues. “This company is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!! I sent a pack from the US TO THE UK, and the delivery driver sent my very sentimental package to the wrong house!! It was very upsetting! When I sent Parcel Force my issue, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily, the person I sent the package to, located the house where the package was sent (across the street 🤦🏽♂️), and retrieved the package. Otherwise, Parcel Force knowing it was at fault, was going to wash their hands with the issue. Awful customer service!”
“I rarely leave reviews, but after my recent experience with Parcelforce, I feel compelled to share just how frustrating and disappointing their service has been.
I had specifically selected a delivery day through their system and stayed home all day, waiting—only to later find out they claimed they “couldn’t deliver” the parcel. No one knocked, no one rang the bell, and most frustratingly, no delivery card was left. Their excuse? That the driver might have had trouble locating my address. This is absurd—my address is easy to find, and I've received countless deliveries from Parcelforce in the past without issue.
Their generic apology message feels completely insincere. It's clear they didn’t make a proper delivery attempt and left me wasting an entire day for nothing. I had to chase up the parcel myself, with no clear information or accountability from them.
For a delivery company, failing to even attempt delivery properly is unacceptable. I expected better, especially from a service that many people rely on for important packages. Absolutely not impressed is an understatement.”

“They asked what is my preference to deliver my parcel, so I picked to delivery to my neighbour. for last two days, they didn't try any of my neighbours and just straight to tell me there is no one in home. yes, i know it is no one in home that's why I picked to deliver to the neighbours. The system said the driver supposed to leave me a card, i never see the any cards for last two attempts. So no parcel, no cards. I don't know what I can do about it. I will be more happy if I got the card so at least I can know what is my options. I have to imagine to have a card to try my lucks in the web site. It is not a good service and the delivery person was not good enough to do their job, or at least bother to leave a card in my mail box. terrible service.”

“The delivery driver said he came in to my house but no one open the door that is why he drop the parcel to neighbour. but he doesn't know i have a Ring doorbell and cctv in my house. It's clearly showing no one came to my house. I have tried to contact parcel force and waited 41 minutes on the phone then they said we were closed and cut off the line.”
“Was expected to wait in for 11 hours for delivery. No communication. Ridiculously difficult to talk to a human being, and when I did there was nothing they could do. Depot 45 minutes away only open 4pm -7pm, not open Saturdays or BH Mondays; after 3 missed deliveries I had to drag the kids to the depot after school on a Friday before the BH only to find out my parcel was still on the van until 6… there was no way I could contact the depot directly before setting out. All my fault, apparently. They didn’t even want to help or find a compromise.”

“Absolutely Unreliable and Disappointing Service
I paid £12 for a guaranteed delivery on Saturday, 26 April, and as of Thursday evening, 1 May, my parcel has still not been delivered.
I have called customer service at least once a day, but speaking to a real person is an ordeal in itself. The system is managed by an unhelpful automated voice that makes it incredibly hard to reach an actual operator. When I finally did get through, every single time I was reassured the parcel would be delivered the next day. Obviously, that never happened.
The tracking hasn’t been updated in days, and at this point I have no idea where my parcel is or if it will ever arrive.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I would strongly advise against using Parcel Force if you’re looking for a service that’s even remotely reliable or professional.”
